Brecfast, sea is very close, main street too, perfect location. Bus to Venice is two minutes away. Staff is extrimly nice and always there for you.
Mosqitos outside at night ours. There no mosqitos at hotel but walking at night is terible.

Location.
Unluckily, our stay corresponded to bad and cold weather time. We had to sleep with only bed shits. No coverlet in rooms and not provided. Parking was problem. Staff at reception was helpful and informative, but not welcoming and warm.

Great location at a great price with an exceptional staff. Veronica noted the tall people in our group and showed us our attic rooms to make sure we were okay with the ceiling height.
The beds were comfortable but a bit shaky.

Nothing. 1. They did not comply with the booking and they forced us to pay extra! 2. The room was exactly the same no additional service was provided for an extra cost! 3. Small, dirty, disgusting room! 4. Rude staff including the manager!

A great location (beachfront), nice beach. Clean rooms and good breakfast. But the most outstanding thing - the staff. Our car got broken and without knowing local language it was hard to solve this problem. Staff was extremely supportive and made a ton of calls for us to deal with auto service, car renting etc.

nice little hotel right at the beachfront. rooms are simple, comfortable and clean. staff is very friendly. private parking by the hotel. really nice terrace for breakfast and a good breakfast buffet. only the coffee could be better. beach sunbeds are included. very good value for money.

Under current covid regulations staff served breakfast, which did mean at peak time you had to queue whilst the person in front of you tool the time to request their order selection. What i did like especially was during an early morning departure breakfast was provided as a take away and already prepared waiting for pick up from the night porter. As i was competing at the Ironman event i also received a gift boxed wine from the hotel with congratulations which was a real nice treat and gesture from the hotel team.

We were satisified very much, the staff was extremely kind and helpful, the seaview was beautiful, the breakfast was good and on the last day they even made us a small takeaway pack as we departed early, before breakfast time.
The small bathroom or the old and noisy refrigerator can be mentioned.
