Excellent location. Kind and helpful staff. Free parking. Beach spot with umbrella. Staff was able to provide early take-away breakfast, for which I was very grateful. Communication is prompt and effective.
Beds rather short for a tall person. Improvised shower in the bathroom, which is connected by a tall spacing with the neighbouring bathroom, so all sounds and smell is shared. Hotel in general provides no sound isolation so all sounds from street, hallway and neighbouring room are loud. Bed pillow is actually across the wall from the neighbouring toilet sink, so I had to turn around.

The hotel and room were clean, reception available 24/7 and receptionists always willing and smiling. Beach close to the hotel with the beach set. Enough parking spaces. Possibility to rent bikes for free.
The mattresses were uncomfortable, they were not old or worn, they simply didn't suit us. Television had a bad signal

Great staff, great breakfast, free parking and free beach access, nice location close to everything, discounts to excellent restaurants! We highly recommend it : )
You cannot book the position at the beach so if someone leaves his stuff all night long, it would be really annoying, especially if you have kids and you prefer the first rows
