- The location is very good. - The furniture is new. - It was very clean.
- I booked a double room for me, my wife and 5 year old son which sleeps with us in the bed. Upon arrival I was forced to upgrade to a tripple room, paying an extra 50% because they did not allow us 3 to sleep in a double room. I did this before in another hotel in lido di jesolo and I also asked in other 4 star hotels and all said that it was no issue. For the total price that I had to pay for the extra bed which I did not use, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel, with better breakfast and included beach chairs. My complaints and also my request to cancel the last 2 days of our stay free of charge were disregarded. The only compromise was a 5% discount on the price of the forced upgrade. - the breakfast quality was good but every day they served the exact same food with few choices - the bathroom ceiling started leaking at some point - in the night i could constantly hear the water pipes. At some point my wife thought it was raining outside as the water flowing through the pipes (at least that is what I think it was) was so loud.

Lovely hotel. Right in the centre of the Square surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars. But also is not too busy. Staff cant do enough for you.

Plenty of choice for breakfast, really enjoyed the outdoor space
We had beach access and a balcony. But dont take that for granted, it has to be paid for and we only got it after I queried it (and paid extra)

Friendly staff, very good breakfast, sunbeds on the beach - nice pool area. The hotel is located on the main promenade, which does not disturb the peace at night.
We couldn't park directly in the hotel parking lot - the stays are limited (however we got option to park quite nearby).

We cannot express enough gratitude for the wonderful time spent at the Eden. Our "HAPPY PLACE". All the staff from the lovely Laura in reception, from the cute Linda in dining,the suberb cuisine from the chefs to our 1st class room service from our sweet Nettie. We could include everyones name if possible. you know who you are.xx.Always smiling and helpful.The nearby beach is so clean and the water was great for swimmimg. Is our 3rd stay here and we will definitely return next year. FABULOUS!! Thanks to all!xo PS. We think Alessandro could be the next Luciano Pavarotti!!!!
