Good location, lovely room, friendly staff, very clean in the upgraded room, good sized fridge, clean towels daily, built in usb chargers, lots of sockets and clothes storage, iron available on request
Quite noisy both from other rooms through the walls, and people in the corridor, we couldn’t get the air con to work, breakfast was cheap and convenient but not very tasty (milk for cereal was on the turn, had to hunt for spoons, a coffee maker was not working so had to wait a while, and food lukewarm)

We stayed whilst watching our daughter compete in the world karate championships, and the hotel was located a 10 min walk from the stadium. The room was nicely decorated and clean. There was a safe, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was comfy, but the best part for me was the rain water shower, which never ran cold no matter how long I took! I've visited Jesolo many times, and this is one hotel I will definitely return to.
Breakfast wasn't great, but is no different to other hotels I've stayed at.

Old rooms and furniture, view of the street, loud and noisy street at night, bedroom could use some refurbishment as well. Ok for one night stay.

1. Excellent location right on Via Bafile pedestrian road which is live until midnight, it was super easy to go out with kids in the night for dinner after long trip days and with nice shopping
2. Wonderful breakfast buffet, varieties are plenty, much better than other 4-star hotels. much enjoyed it
3. Offers a private beach, loved the cold seawater

1. The management flexibility and human touch when my baby accidentally messed with my phone and had a nonrefundable booking, I begged them many times from the same second that booking was accidentally done with no hope.
2. The cleaning staff needs to clean the room better and change the bed sheets, she also left a dirty cleaning towel in our room!
3. Expensive rate for a 3-star hotel but all the hotels in general are pricey in Lido di Jesolo

It was right on the main strip and less than 5 min walk from the beach with a private area from the hotel so sun loungers we’re guaranteed.
The breakfast was good, decent selection.
We got given an older room that had not been refurbished so it was very outdated and dark. Nothing like what the pictures show which is clearly a renovated room. There was no balcony either which was a shame as there was no where to hang wet towels/bathing suits.

Very helpful staff. It's located next to the main promenade, shops and restaurants are all thee. 100 m to the beach. We got a room in the new part which was exceptionally well designed and equipped for this price. It was nice to stay there. Breakfast quite rich for Italian standards but the dining room's cleanliness was diverse from day to day. We got parking lot in the hotel but the alternative one is pretty far.
When we arrived, we were informed that we booked a room in the old part of the hotel. Which I wasn't aware of. Booking system showed only pictures of new rooms at the booking website so I think this is misleading not to show real images of the rooms. I do not know whose fault was that. But they didn't manage to prepare the original room for us on time of the check in and we got a new room eventually. Which was great!

Considering the hotel cathegory, a really good hotel for a short stay.
It is really clean, recently renewed and very comfortable.
It is in a very central position, oveniend for the beach and for walking in the shopping and restaurant area.

Close to the beach with loungers & parasols.
Reception staff were exceptional couldn’t do enough to help!
