The pool was ok. The breakfast was ok. There was an elevator
It was a dump! The rooms were soooo tiny and only had a single outlet, located in the bathroom.
The bathroom didn’t lock, the shower was the smallest one I’ve ever seen. It smelled like sewer gas (that may have come from outside, I couldn’t tell).
It was so expensive for the terrible room.

Breakfasts could have been bigger variety, orange juice was colored water, so as the coffee.

Nothing!
This was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel and the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room was extremely small and felt uncomfortably cramped. Despite booking a double room, we were given a bed consisting of two separate mattresses placed side by side — which is a twin arrangement, not a proper double bed.
The room itself was in very poor. There were no power outlets located near the beds, forcing us to charge our phones in the bathroom overnight — a highly inconvenient and impractical setup.
The most disappointing part, however, was the bathroom, especially the shower. The shower cabin was so small that it was impossible to move inside and wash properly. Moreover the shower doors were broken and did not close.On top of that, the towels provided were so dirty that we had to request replacements three times before receiving ones that were even remotely acceptable.
The location of our room within the hotel was also problematic. It seemed to be positioned beneath a staircase, and throughout the stay we were constantly disturbed by the sound of guests climbing up and down, making it impossible to relax or get proper rest.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was equally underwhelming — if not the worst aspect of all. Even the most basic hostels I’ve stayed at have offered far better quality. The photos shown online are highly misleading; the reality was that there wasn’t a single piece of fruit or vegetable available, something I’ve never experienced at any hotel before.
All these issues combined severely impacted our stay. While the staff did make an effort to be polite and helpful, our request for a room upgrade — which we were willing to pay for — was refused.
And please, do not suggest that we booked something cheap and therefore should have expected such a poor experience; just a few days ago, in Sirmione, for the very same price, we stayed in a spacious two-room apartment with two bathrooms, outstanding breakfast, and excellent service.

management, staff ever so helpful, enjoyed food in restaurant on an evening, breakfast spread excellent, plenty sun loungers at the beach & rooftop pool.

The staff is excellent: polite and friendly, no complaints. The location is quite good you, not far from the beach. The hotel has its sun-beds and umbrellas, that is very useful. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed as well.
We ordered a room for 4 adults and 1 child. We were ready for small room and it was quite ok. But the beds were awful. There was one big bed, I can't even say bed-two beds were standing near as one. It was uncomfortable with a child, that she was falling into the hole between. Another bed was the worst we've ever met. It was provided for 2 adults but it was a bunk-bed . It seemed to be bought in Aliexpress, because it was like for children or dolls not adults. The ladder was unstable, it was really scary to rise and to go down. One had to hold it strongly to another to go down or rise. The lowest part was almost on the floor, so that it was inconvenient to lie and to get up. So disappointing thing. Breakfasts were the same each day. They we okay, but we'd like a bit variations of it.

Very good place, it is beach hotel, few meters to beach.
Locality with good restaurants and also big supermarket.
Very kind reception, good english, helpful.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional in every way. The location is fantastic, being close to popular shopping centers and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff were extremely polite and professional, responding quickly to any requests. Cleanliness was top-notch everywhere, from the rooms to the public areas. I also appreciated the additional amenities like the pool, which were in excellent condition. The hotel offers a luxurious and comfortable stay at a reasonable price. I will definitely return to stay here again.
My stay at the hotel was generally good, but the breakfast was disappointing. The selection was very limited, with little variety in the food offered. While the hotel is good in other aspects, improving the quality of the breakfast would greatly enhance the overall experience.
