Everything and especially the facilities of the hotel, the staff was perfect, helpful, the food was extremely taste and various. We stayed there for 2 days but I wish it was more as I liked everything about the hotel.

1. Nice location near the beach, fixed place on the beach (sunbeds). 2. Good (but not perfect) breakfast. 3. Clean swimming pools (children's with a depth of 45-60 cm and adults with a depth of 180 cm afair). 4. Responsive staff at the reception. 5. Quite and clean in general. 6. Free parking. 7. Tasty deserts. 8. Big rooms.
1. There are no hot dishes for breakfast (omelette, fried bacon, etc.) despite the fact they have all required equipment to keep it warm, just sandwiches, muesli/yogurt and pastries. There are 2 coffee machines and filter coffee (what is good, you have a choice), but coffee is sucks (what is bad).
2. Maids speak only Italian (we tried 4 languages). Ofc that is what I would expect in Italy, but not in 4 stars hotel. It was hard to explain that we don't need cleaning, she just came and started doing it before we were able to explain in any way that we don't need it today. Dust under the bed and sofa (not a week old...).
4. Mid-level restaurant cuisine for dinners. Mostly same stuff for buffet every day, main courses are different every day, but they are just average: can not say they are not tasty, they are, but I have something to compare with and I must say dinners in 4 stars hotel might be much more tasty.
5. Chipped plates. That is not the case that I faced it once or twice. Do you respect yourselves, guys? Even don't ask about your guests.
6. Stupid, old-schooled processes. Imagine you come for a dinner. To make an order one guy will come to you, write your order down on the peace of paper and... keep it on your table. After 5 min another guy will come, spend some time on reading it and... only after that will pass it to the kitchen (manually ofc). What is the role of first guy? First one can write, second read?
7. You can order only bottle of vine, not a glass. Or wait... We were not allowed, however people in another part of restaurant were allowed. What are criteria to decide on it?
8. We stayed with a child and the child accidentally broke a glass of drink during dinner. It took at least 10 minutes for someone to come and clean up the shards. Instead of proposal to replace drink, smile and reassurance that everything is fine waitress said we should keep a better eye on the baby. Curtain.

Breakfast was great, catering for all tastes! Staff extremely polite and helpful.
We were bothered by a maid, who entered our room using her key while we were there in two afternoons. It was a little awkward and embarrassing. It happened twice. She probably meant well, asking us if everything was ok, but still...

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great location next to the sea and shopping street. Great room with sea view on the 5th floor. Clean room, cleaned every day. Comfortable big bed. The hotel provided a separate underground garage for the car, which was locked with a key. Responsive and friendly staff, always ready to help with any questions. Always clean pool and warm shower next to the pool on the territory. Good tasty food in the restaurant with a large selection of menu.

First of all, the staff were extremely nice and helpful
For example i didn’t feel safe to leave my car in the parking area near the hotel (was nearly no space between the cars) anyhow the staff were very understanding and they offered me under ground garage near to the hotel ( almost 3 min walking )
And they gave us always good tips when it comes to traveling and visiting places
The swimming pool was heated, in general the hotel was very clean.
The breakfast was good specially the eggs were amazing.
The pillows were very bad. Knowing that the staff tried to help us and fulfill our request for extra pillows, but they were not comfortable either
