Wonderful
Perfect location for a peaceful family vacation. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. They offer free car parking lots and complimentary beach loungers. The local kitchen serves very delicious and diverse food. Moreover, the room was equipped with a very good and silent air conditioner, ensuring a comfortable stay.
There were a few minor issues such as some room furniture and the shower needing repairs. Additionally, the restaurant had no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortably warm.

The hotel is a small family run business. It is located in the "Pineta" area of Jesolo - peaceful and quiet but only a 15 minute bus ride from the busy centre of Lido di Jesolo. The bus stop was around 100 metres from the hotel. There is a pool and private beach with free sun beds and parasols. All this was PERFECT for our own requirements. The food was good and the service friendly and helpful. The were enough English speaking staff to answer any questions. We would not hesitate to use this hotel again.

Extremely friendly staff in this hotel! We've been to many places and we can say that the staff here is very helpful and nice. Thank you!
We were also allowed to take our dog with us.
Rather poor choice at breakfast.
The posting says " dogs allowed" but only after you book a room it says, "dogs allowed until 20kg". We had do send an extra request to get our bigger dog with us.
Dogs are allowed on the private beach of the hotel, but they are only allowed on the sand surrounding the pool. So that was a little disappointing.

very clean, location quiet, free shady parking, quick to resolve problems, child friendly, great swimming pool and beach facilities. very friendly young staff working there.
The breakfast was quite basic, the coffee from the machine wasnt very nice, the orange juice from the machine was not fresh orange but syrup orange. More fresh and homemade options would have been appreciated by us. We had problems with aircon, fixed immediately but very noisy so hard to sleep. 2 single beds rather than a double and cushions very mis-shaped so hard to sleep.
