Staff was cleaning room every day, changing towels etc. Also at breakfast, they were constantly filling up the food on trays- maybe due to the end of season in september there was enough staff to number of guests
lots of fruit types, and no problem with taking the few items from breakfast with you bottled water
- Thin walls, so you hear the noise from the corridor and bathrooms/ rooms around yours :/ But it is the problem in many older hotels around europe.
-only tomatoes from the vegetable tante on the breakfast menu, otherwise enough types of food to choose from.
-small parking lot, unfortunatelly someone scratch our car when getting out of the parking space waiting to hear from the Hotel insurrance soon (they were helping and had no problem with dealing the situation and insurance companies)

Location is Perfekt, beach is about 2mins walking.
U have everything u need to buy 1min from Hotel.
Breakfast in Hotel was perfect. Staff was helpful.
They cleaning rooms everyday.
Room was completely different from what we see on Booking. It was realy small. We was 2 Adults and Child 2 years old. Toilet is same size as sleeping room. There was no balcony . Beds was really bad, we had both spin pain evry morning. Another of insects on the ground so we keep window all time closed.
If u want to visit do not do it using Booking.com
There was no option to mark balcony!
Rooms are completely different from what we got on Booking.
My Sister had another room and everything was fine.
But we book rooms at the same time and payed same. So u have to have luck to get nice room.
If u are Italian u gona get balcony definitely.
Even if u close doors ur Child can easily open it.
Toilets have no keys.
At first day we called Staff to fix door so we can lock it, they fixed door in 5 mins
For electricity u have to put card, but if I want to go outside and smoke one cigarette after 22:00 o'clock.
I need card to enter Hotel because main doors are closed. And rest in room can't watch TV or even turn on lights before I come.
We would definitely visit Jesolo again but not in this Hotel and not via Booking.com.

Near the beach, beach umbrella and parking included in the fee
Lift waaaaay to slow.
Last floor room, height of the room 210cm.
If you are tall 160 should be good.
For me, being 190, it feels a bit tight

I will not recommend this hotel.Simply because very poor customer service and lack of respect for people.On our first night we were late for check in as the flight was delayed.I called the reception on the way from airport that we will be 30 min.late.No problem there I was convinced by the nice lady at reception that someone will wait for as with the keys.When we arrived the hotel was locked, no sign of anyone, no one picked my few phone calls.Absolute silent.We have spent the whole sleepless night by the pool on beach chairs with 7 years old child and our bags.We got the key finally in the morning.During our stay I have tried to speak to management but with no luck.I have sent few emails with complain till now complete silence.The hotel didnt take any responsibility for the situation.Not even a simple apology.Shame on you.I have traveled around and stayed in different places but I never felt so hopeless and disappointed.

The breakfast was good. The fruit was fresh and the food was fresh. The ladies at the front desk were nice. The hygiene was partly good, the towels in the bathroom were changed every day, but the cobwebs hung on all the walls. They don't have enough staff and that's why the rooms were cleaned until 3 pm, if you want a break at that time you won't get it, you can hear vacuum cleaners and knocking on doors.
The swimming pool from the hotel is located across the street. Be careful with the parking, the hotel has its own parking lot that holds 10 cars. They give you a card to use a private parking lot which is quite far from the hotel, it's too crowded there, unlit at night. Our car was damaged and the hotel told us that the parking lot is not their responsibility. They sent us there?! The owner is so rude to the guests, he told me and my husband that we were making a drama.

The hotel staff is very kind, the breakfast is delicious and the location is located very close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants
