The property consists of two properties across from one another, and it is a matter of finding which to enter for check-in. The staff were really pleasant, everything efficient, the single small and narrow but with a balcony to give a feel of space; great location for beach and restaurants/gelato/shops Well run, reliable, everything about it was a pleasant and made it a worthwhile stay.

the location (very close to the beach) -the food was great -the bed was very comfortable -the room was very clean and fresh
Noisy hotel (you can hear very loud all the people on the hallways talking, shutting doors, etc.) I could barely sleep 5 hours per night because of all the noises very late in the midnight and early in the morning.

Beach is within 70 meters walking distance from the hotel. Water is very clear and the beach is very wide (6 km) so plenty of space. At the hotel you can hire 2 sun-beds with parasol if you like (15/day). About 300 meters to the left there is a large free area where you can sit with your own beach equipment for free. Various bars were you can drink/eat for acceptable prices. Also good facilities for drinkwater, showers and toilets (Dixies). There is also at some places pressured air for inflatable items (such as air mattress). The hotel is located at a large street (8km) with all kinds of nice shops and a variety of restaurants and bars, not to mention delicious Italian ice cream. Initially we were afraid that this would cause a lot of noise disturbance during the night, but this turned out not to be the case. After 23:00 it is almost silent. So you can sleep well with the window open at your hotelroom. The hotel room is not very spacious, but it is practically furnished with a double bed, a bunk bed and a balcony (which is spacious for the rooms at the first floor). There are sufficient power-sockets for charging mobile phones, etc. The wardrobes are spacious but not really practical due to the lack of extra shelves. Bathroom is a bit small but neat and complete. Towels are replaced when leaving the used-towels at the ground. The breakfast is really good with a large variety of (international) food and quickly replenished when something ran out. Staff were friendly
Parking at the hotel is quite challenging for larger cars. Street and parking-spots are quite small and requires good parking skills from driver. There is no free parking in the vicinity. Note that access to the hotel by car is only allowed officially from 06:00-20:00. During the evening and night (20:00 - 06:00) access is restricted to pedestrians/cyclists only (at that time it is really crowded as shops/restaurants are open)

Very good location; near to the beach and to boardwalk as well. The staff is very kind and helpful. You can park your car around the hotel. Sea view.
There's no fridge in the room. The breakfast is crowded every time. Everything must be requested separately (safe's key, toilet paper, clean towel, etc.) Wi-fi is weak and intermittent
