We enjoyed the heated pools as the see water was still cold! Great towel service with very friendly staff. Enjoyed the slow juicer at breakfast and fresh focaccia filled in with fresh mozzarella. Great menu at the a la carte restaurant for dinner!

Beautiful place at the beach. Very nice breakfast buffet! The nicest place is the outdoor bar - stylish but comfortable.
The interior design could be cosier and the service at the beach could be more frequent.

Checkin was fantastic. I saw first time that the staff is escorting with you to the rooms and give you chance to pick one. They told that they are trying to give at least 2 options to the guests to choose. Rooms and all public areas were extremely clean and everything are white and well maintained. Beach is basically a few steps away and there is a dedicated area for Falkensteiner which they only accept hotel guests. They give towels and also provide very nice service. Staff are very professional.
Only the cost... I didn't regret but I would love to visit more often if the price is a bit more favourable. 550 EUR/night is too much in that area but quality is undeniable

Nice beach just in the front of the hotel, nice pool. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Really a paradise.
More kid's simple meals for lunch will be helfull

Facility and design of hotel is great. Availability of pool and dinning area are also perfect. Staff is very friendly and welcome.
They do not allow you to use first three rows on the beach if you are not apartment guest, even if there are free sun beds.

Beautiful resort and the staff is phenomenal! The hotel is beautiful and has many amenities. You can eat on the beach, the staff is very attentive and will check on you frequently.
It is a 5 star resort but I wish it was more economical, only so I can visit longer.

Welcoming staff, soft climate with beautiful trees which create shadow if you go out in town, awesome spa (several hamam options, panaramic sauna, complimentary soap and scrub) and pool area with various temperatures especially good for children, food was excellent served as buffet and menu choices (everyday we had fresh fruits, fresh veges and salads, variety of seafood, delicious pizza, deserts, amazing coffee) to make story short i believe the Chief and his team are super profi. Already miss my time on the balcony with nespresso coffee
I would recommend serving complimentary daily water or put a dispenser on each floor.
It would be nice to have complimentary airport transfers similar to Ikos and Jumeriah resorts (say for those staying min one week)
