The staff was very friendly and available for any questions, I would especially like to praise the employee at the reception, Damjanovi, who greeted us every day and saw us off with a smile, and the elderly lady who works in the restaurant, who was always kind to us. Any recommendation for the Acapulco hotel, good location, clean and tidy rooms, varied and extensive breakfast.

We visited the hotel twice this year and we will come back next year, definitely! The hotel staff, the location and the breakfast is so nice. If you book in Hotel Acapulco you will get your room, breakfast, parking place and sun beds together. It's very comfortable, worth the price. +1 Try the restaurant in the hotel, one of the best in town!

Everything appart from breakfast. The staff was really nice, the lady on the reception particularly. She was very friendly and helpful, provided us with all the information. The umbrella and beds on the beach were included in our price. There was no place in hotel parking but they gave us an advice where we can park for free. The location is excellent, near the beach, and there is a lot going on on the street, lots of bars and restaurants nearby... It is possible to leave a luggage on the reception for few hours after check out. The rooms are small but all with the balcony. I think it is a good value for the money.
The breakfast, poor choise, the food like croissants and bread didn't taste very well. I have eaten so much better...

Lovely staff made us feel so welcome. Great location 2 min walk to beach and bus stop. Having a safe was helpful. 10% discount to the connected restaurant which was delicious.

Great location, good price, breakfast and parking was included in the price, private beach with umbrellas.
Stuff, most of them didn't speak English, so it was difficult to understand each other, when I asked why we should pay 100 euros more the woman at the reception said if we don't like it we can leave, it was a mistake because we should stay 2 nights and they counted 3 nights. When I have found it she changed it. Then we waited 4 hours for our ID cards.

The location is a dream and the private beach is in walking distance off 2 Minutes.
The hotel has a very nice restraunt and the staff is more than friendly.
The parking area is also just around the corner.
The price is also affordable.
