The property is beautiful and the room was spacious. Its location in the hills above Levanto affords a tranquil feeling outside the bustle of Cinque Terre, while being easily accessible. Would gladly stay there again.
Only minor ding was the average mattress, which was certainly passable.

Excellent location near the cinque terre with shuttle service to town center and the train station. Good breakfast, excellent staff at front desk and the restaurant. I would definitely come back and highly recommend as a base to cinque terre and neighboring coast towns.
The shower area is very small. Otherwise, The rooms are very spacious with lots of storage options.

The is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was beyond fantastic with many choices. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests and were excellent in serving the hotel's guests - following an example set by the manager, who personally took our family of 8 (one day with our luggage) to the train station when we needed to be there before the shuttle service from the hotel began at 9 am.

We were upgraded to a suite and welcomed with the most delicious Mocktails! The food was amazing. Loved the breakfast. The staff was very helpful. Loved the spa and we had wonderful massages. The navet was so easy and convenant. Loved our stay and will definitely come back!
The air conditioning wasn’t working but luckily it wasn’t too hot.

Facilities were very clean and well maintained. We rented a two room suite, with the bedroom separated from the living area. Both rooms had a patio with sliding door access to them.
Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable.
Staff was very good, Restaurant was very good.
Levanto is not one of the 5 Terre towns, but train access to Monterosso was easy.
Not at all inexpensive, but also a very nice place to stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the valley. The bathroom was a good size, though the shower was a bit small. Breakfast was average, but the staff went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The restaurant and bar are highly recommended, especially after exploring Cinque Terre. The location is truly magnificent, with the train station easily accessible by the hotel’s shuttle, and the hotel facilities are excellent for relaxing. Special mention goes to Frankie at the reception desk—his knowledge of the area, proactive attitude, and natural warmth made a lasting impression.

The breakfast food and service were exceptional. We enjoyed the pool and sauna, and the setting in the Levanto Hills was very peaceful. The front desk and drivers were very friendly and accommodating, and their recommendations on travel and dining were excellent.
We booked a Suite and a Jr. Suite for my parents. The rooms were spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed for our 3-day stay. Unfortunately, they were located directly below the restaurant, so it was a bit noisy in the morning and evening.

My first visit to Italy. As for this hotel, I think it is probably the best one in Levanto. Compared to the whole town, it seems to be a very high-quality hotel, with excellent food in the restaurant. The views are really amazing, and I will definitely come back there someday. I have no complaints at all and truly recommend this hotel.
Perhaps the only thing is that the breakfasts could be a bit more varied, since it was the same for several days in a row. I don’t mean big changes, but it would be nice if each morning had something slightly different. A big plus for the hotel is that it offers its own free transport, taking you to the city center or the train station. They can also pick you up if you call. We had a rental car, but it turned out to be pointless, because whenever we wanted to go downtown, there was nowhere to park. So the hotel’s free shuttle service is definitely a great advantage.
The breakfasts could have been more varied, as I mentioned above. Having the same options every day felt repetitive, and even small changes could have improved my overall impression of them.

We came with our 16 month old and they were so helpful! The pool is heated and very very warm, the shuttle worked perfectly for us to get to the train easily, and the restaurant couldn't have been better with her. Also it was the best food we had our entire stay in Italy, and we were here for a full 7 days. It's a truly great spot on all fronts, also had a king sized bed which is so unusual for Europe!
Sometimes the shuttle took 15 minutes, but that was the longest. Also no room service.
