we got really nice recommendations on the sightseeing and restaurants in the neighborhood. Arrival and departure were swift. Housekeeping service could be provided daily on request. Sufficient kitchenette. Microwave, kettle, fridge, hairdryer, shower, bidet. Towels provided. WiFi. Spacious one bedroom apartment with living room with extendable sofa.
property looks more appealing and fresh on the photos that in real life. We got an apartment on the first floor, it gives impression as it is leftover, numerous times we have been told that parking was not available and room was not as nice on the first floor as on higher levels, and it was because we booked last minute. For the 12 apartments in the building, only 6 parking parking slots - 15 Euro per day, that were fully occupied during our entire stay. Public parking - 6 Euro for 24 hours. Even with two balconies, apartment on the first floor was lacking daily light in addition to dark brown furniture, brown curtains and brown bed/sofa covers. Linen clean, but poor quality.

Perfect location close to the beach and to the center. Beautiful view on the canal from the room - it was absolutely worth the extra cost. Gigantic terrace and a superb apartment equipped with everything what your family needs. Friendly host.
You'll need to pay extra for the parking (but we knew it in advance), and the parking space is super small.

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped apartment with huge balcony having a railing made of glass, s we had incredible view on the lagoon. Even sunbeds on the balcony. Perfect cleanliness, cosy modern flat, spacious living room, separate bedroom, nice bathroom and kitchen, enough space for everything. Raffaella is really kind and helpful.

Very good equipped and very large apartments with beautiful and very large private terrace. Kitchen fully equipped. By our experience the only really clean house keeping in Grado residences.

Super kind host, she made everything to make us feel comfortable. Flexible early check in and check out without additional payment, help with parking, and we were also provided with additional glasses that we needed. Phantastisch!
The appartement is cristal clear! The balcony is big with a nice view. The bed is very comfortable. I cannot imagine much more better appartement in the city!

Disappointing
There was no shower gel which is dissapointing for hotel with 4 starts.
Addtional very important thing was aircondition which stop working after 1 hour and control under aircondition was dissabled to us. Aircondition during summer time is very important and I decided to pay more to stay in proper hotel where all my needs would be setisfied- unfortunatelly even 4 starts and high price- I didnt get what I expected.

Great owner Raphaella, very helpful. Calm location. Very close to the beach and to the centre. Spacious appartment, comfortable beds. Balcony perfect for dinners and breakfasts. Washing machine.
