Cosy, stylish hotel in the centre. The beach is just in front. The hotel personnel is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great.

Very good location, in the city centre, right next to the beach. The building was beurifuly, traditional vila. Beeakfast rich and delicioous. Staff very nice and helpful. Very clean hotel.

Everything was perfect! The location is 10/10 since it's basically in the city centre. Great breakfast with many options. Stuff is really friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed. They offer you free rent-a-bike which is a huge plus since the city is so nice for riding a bike. Room was clean and beautiful.

Brilliant location as described- on the main pedestrian walk into old town and opposite the sea. We could walk into town within 5 minutes. Angela and hotel staff were extremely helpful and pre booked our sun beds on the beach and arranged car parking near the hotel. Breakfast was a highlight!! So much beautiful food- cakes, pastries, cooked eggs, bacon, and meats and cheeses.

The breakfast was very nice, the offered the classic standards and some additional dishes. The location of the hotel is very nice, just next to the beach but very quiet!

Wonderful room!...the bed was very comfortable (the mattress was quite firm - I have back trouble!)
Excellent waterfall shower with plenty of pressure & hot water.
Breakfast was a real treat...plenty to choose from, (dolce thru to English breakfast) you can sit inside or outside the dinning room...
Most importantly great coffee!!
Very friendly multilingual staff and we really enjoyed using the free Hotel bicycles to get around Grado!
We will certainly stay here again!!
