Very friendly staff and really, really great and delicious breakfast. Just a few hundred meters to the beach and just at the entrance to the pedestrian area of the old town. Great location. Perhaps the room was a bit tight for a whole family, but we didn't stay long.
Got lucky with parking at a parking-lot close by, otherwise it could be a bit of a problem (perhaps the hotel staff would help here, too). Big ashtrays at the entrance and the whole smoking area made us worried, but we didn't smell any smoke after all.

+ clean facility + tasty breakfast + at the moment, the cheapest facility in the area
- the woman at the reception, she has no respect for the law, despite the protests, she scanned ID, which is against the European Union law. - parking, despite assurances, was a problem. I was offered to give back the car keys (where I had company equipment) or to find parking on the street. In my opinion, not a professional approach, the more so that I had previously written to the facility regarding the parking lot and I was assured that everything would be ok. A big disgust remained. - no hot meals at breakfast, scrambled eggs or at least sausages

It is a quiet smaller family hotel near the town center and near the beaches. Owners are very kind people. Breakfasts are perfect prepared, the choice is rich. Rooms are small, but equipped with air condition, fridge and balcony, WiFi is included. The price/quality ratio is good. Can definitely be recommended to undemanding clients.
Furniture is older, but comfortable. If you do not expect the luxury, you will be satisfied. Beaches nearby are under fee, but clean, sandy and controlled. "Life" in the streets is till deep night, but it is typical for all "seaside" towns. There are not many places for parking but the public parking is about fifty metres far from the hotel. Practically - there are not many things to complain ;-)

Our time at the hotel was pretty good. The room was small, but we liked the big balcony. Even though the AC was old, it worked just fine. The hotel had everything we needed, which was nice. One cool thing was that the hotel was super dog-friendly. It's awesome when places welcome our furry friends. The location was just right for us. It was close to the city center and a park, but far enough from the noisy spots with music every night. That meant we could sleep peacefully. The host even sorted us out with a parking spot outside the hotel. The breakfast was awesome, and the staff was really nice to our dog. Whenever we needed help, the host was there for us. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.
The only downside was the limited room space. It would have been better if there was more room to move around.

Home made breakfast, delicious cakes. Kind staff and good location to reach the beach and the center by walk. The relation between price and service is good enough. Better clean than many other hotels with higher prices and more stars. Family mood.
The hotel is not a new one (room's door, reception, bed), but the price is correct in relation to the services.
