We stayed during the off-season, and this hotel was a great choice. It's situated not in the center of Grado but further along the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. The room was very spacious and comfortable, breakfast was satisfactory, and parking around the hotel behind a gated area was provided. While the staff could have been friendlier, overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Our room was bigger than most of the room. Breakfast was normal. Sea is very close, only 2 minutes walk even is not visible.
What a pity the internet does not work. I never had even one minute l could use it. Always dropped me out and could not find the signal. I think in the 21st century wifi is a must and basic, especially for big hotels.
The mattress was very uncomfortable. It was over used, has to be changed.

Nice and helpful staff! Beach within 800 meters- dog friendly! Early check-out possible! Packed breakfast possible! Bar was open after 22:00
Bathroom was not cleaned properly- the toilet had poop on the side. Far away from the city center. Overpriced: 8 EUR / night for a 3kg dog; 8 EUR for outside parking; 12 EUR for parking under a roof

Hotel close to the Grado Git beach entrance (2 of them very close), has a lot of parking places (need to pay for them). The area is quiet. Dogs allowed (we didn't bring but see.
The bed mattress was out a little bit.

Very good location in the city, near the beach. We also had a mercato in front of the hotel which was a nice experience. Great breakfast, it exceeded our expectations for breakfast in Italy.
Very small parking, even if we booked the parking place we had to wait to park one of the cars. The price for parking its high. The beach in the area is not great, we did not know that the tide has big differences. But this is not regarding to the hotel :)
