Great location everything within 200 meters. Breakfast ok for vegetarian Small room but with everything you need
Since I'm walking with a Rollator I could not get to the bar on top. I think that should be mentioned on the website. Difficult to get there with Google Maps

Location, separation of room in two bedrooms, cleaningless, parking availability, bicycle friendly with garage for bikes at no cost. Familly hotel.
Indoor pool a bit chilly , at 24oC.
Variety of buffet in breakfast. A positive note all offered were delicious.
Familly Hotel is an advantage and disadvantage at the same time. The owner was having breakfast at the same time as guests, serving himself with his knife from the big hazelnut ball ( which is used to refill the buffet). Some of the personnel attitudes may be considered at the low edge of politeness. Examples: me to waiter: may I have two cappuccinos? Answer. Why ? Your wife said before she doesn't want... , kid having shower at the indoor pool. The moment it leaves the shower, and before I get out of the pool to close it, personnel comes in frustrated and closes the shower.

I loved the location, very close to the beach, restaurants, and the pretty, old part of Grado. The room was comfortable and clean. An extra benefit was the rooftop bar and the swimming pool with hydro massage. The staff was helpful, breakfast tasty and fresh.

I didnt receive the room what I select from your site picture, when I asked if was some confusion reception staff attitude was not professional. ( If you dont like take the baggage and you can go other place ) this was the words.

Location, Terraces and cocktail bar, Breakfast, Swimming pool/jacuzzi, Friendliness/helpfulness of the staff, Room cleaning.
The hair dryer in the bathroom is really old and slow. There were missing towels after a room cleaning (thankfully was the last night so it didn't matter much).

Location in center of old town . Walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Nice rooftop bar! Very nice staff - family style! Breakfast was good .

Very kind and helpful staff. Perfect location, beautiful view from the roof top bar around the city.
Comfortable room, fast and efficient cleaning service. Air condition.
The breakfast offer is typically Italian: not too wide and limited for a vegetarian.
