Calm area, restaurants, Spar, pharmacy, bakery and other shops in 5 minutes walk, the beach is also a short walk. Clean and comfortable rooms, closed parking yard, at breakfast they are also prepared for those with food allergies. But the best part of the hotel is the extra-super-hyper staff with Caterina at the head of the team :) Over the maximum attention and kindness :)

Staff is amazing, always ready to help with any requests. Good breakfast salty and sweet. Very good position, not far from the beach... Parking available outside the Hotel or inside is really cheap. Rooms are ok, if you're lucky to have a balcony even better. If you want towels changed you just need to leave them on the floor and you'll get fresh ones. I would say it was a great experience***

Friendly staff and easy to check in. Dog friendly. Parking no problem. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 20 mins to town. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby if you don't want to go far. Quiet but bustling market on Saturday morning was a bonus.
Hotel was quite tired and rather dated and old fashioned. Okay for a few nights and with dogs it meant I wasn't too worried. Basic but good value for money. No hot food at breakfast but everything else was good. Coffee was delicious. Mosquitoes a pain but think that is a problem all along the coast.

The room was quite fine except some part seemed to be a bit not well-cleaned. Plus, better take care of mosquito in the room even though you didnt leave the door open. The breakfast there was fine, Italian style like coffee and croissant but also you can ask for more like eggs, ham, cheese. The location is perfect for both the beach and city center. Going to the beach is only 3-5 mins walking and the city takes only 8 mins by bike! The BEST THING is they provide FREE bike. Plus, the owner recommended the BEST RESTAURANTS in Grado! The parking is in the hotel area and they gotta keep your car key with them because sometimes they have to move cars around to manage the parking space.
Only mosquito that was annoying in the room during the night. Nothing more.
