Good location within a 20 minutes walk to the historic center. Safe and quiet neighbourhood with lots of restaurants nearby.
Nice surprise with the delicious breakfast!
Staff was very helpful and allowed us to leave the luggage at reception after check-out as we had an evening flight.
Price is unreasonably high in peak season, considering the conditions: small room, no widows and faulty air conditioning.
Would only book again In low season when price is more accurate for what the hotel offers.

The place was nice and clean. The staff was great and was of help each time we needed anything. They served a very good breakfast which was very satisfying. The room given was very big and spacious. The location, although was not very central, but with just some walking, you would easily arrive at the heart of Florence. Overall, all was OK and I fully recommend.
The only negative thing that I have to say is that although the room was very big, it lacked slightly some essential furniture which one would normally expect to have in a hotel room such as bed side tables with lamps and some proper bathroom furniture.

Breakfast was fairly good
Room- clutter, five bed were placed but requirement was for 3 beds, Mattress were very poor quality, For double bed mattress was larger than bed one may fell down while sleeping , staff was asked to replace the mattress but refused, asked to provide a glass for drinking water but refused , poorly maintained bathroom. This property does not deserve to be a Hotel. Highly over priced.

Location was good staff friendly and helpful change of room carried out without any fuss. Bed very comfortable.
No butter at breakfast. Rooms shabby with electric plugs hanging out of walls. Bathroom door missing screws worried bout being locked in.

The location was great, just a 15 minute walk to the main area of Florence.
The rooms are plain, a bed, tv, lamp, table and two chairs and no window to the room. There is no decor or character with any pictures being hung, or decorations to the room, to break up the plain beige walls.The breakfast offered was worse than basic. On our second day, we took our own breakfast, only eating the croissants from the hotel.
