Breakfast was fairly good
Room- clutter, five bed were placed but requirement was for 3 beds, Mattress were very poor quality, For double bed mattress was larger than bed one may fell down while sleeping , staff was asked to replace the mattress but refused, asked to provide a glass for drinking water but refused , poorly maintained bathroom. This property does not deserve to be a Hotel. Highly over priced.

Location was good staff friendly and helpful change of room carried out without any fuss. Bed very comfortable.
No butter at breakfast. Rooms shabby with electric plugs hanging out of walls. Bathroom door missing screws worried bout being locked in.

The location was great, just a 15 minute walk to the main area of Florence.
The rooms are plain, a bed, tv, lamp, table and two chairs and no window to the room. There is no decor or character with any pictures being hung, or decorations to the room, to break up the plain beige walls.The breakfast offered was worse than basic. On our second day, we took our own breakfast, only eating the croissants from the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, free fast wifi, breakfast was nice and had gf options. Quick 20 minute walk to the main station
Would recommend bringing an eye mask and ear plugs. Curtains are not black out and is a bit noisy but reflective in price

Staff was very accommodating. Clean towels and room service daily. Very good location. Close to city centre, shop nearby (less than 5min), take out places and food and drink places nearby also, come and go when you like, quite area, seemed very safe area even at night time.
Very basic facilities but price reflects this. Breakfast also basic but sufficient for start of the day. Good place for sleep, shower and basic breakfast, and very nice staff. Few maintenance issues such as broken shower but still functional. Overall for the price we paid the few issues were expected.

Jut the gentleman who was in reception was kind
everything was so bas hotel really unacceptable ir was dirty, no rugs or carpet, bed was old and unclean, bed side table was broken, everything was dirty and smelly also all the plugs was not working only the toilets plug was working .I didn’t have any choice to go somewhere because we paid beforehand we come. I don’t recommending to anyone

We liked that we could check in early and the size of the room that could accommodate all of us and the air conditioning. It was also within our budget.The staff both reception and cleaning were really friendly.
There were old style plugs that didn't fit any of our adapters but when we spoke to reception they loaned us one. Breakfast was a bit basic and odd...only hot items were sliced hot dogs.

I fully recommend this hotel!
Quiet location and you can have a nice sleep and also is close to city center!
It says 2* but is definitely worth more!
You will not be disappointed if you book this hotel!

The staff were excellent. Polite and gentleman. They were helpful, and gave information abd map of Florence and gave the address of good pizza
If there was a small refrigerator in the rooms, it would be nice.
