Good location near the airport, stayed there on final night in florence. Reception staff were awesome and helpful.
I would disagree with the 4 star rating, given the room I stayed in. It was clean; however, it was uncomfortable. Very hot because air is centrally controlled and turned off for winter. An odd very tiny fridge on the wall above the nightstand made loud noises at night. Bed was a hard box. Worst of all, there was mold above the shower so I did not use the shower.

Front desk staff was excellent, specially Nina, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. At check-in everything was excellent, once we got to the room was awful. Room was not properly clean, walls needed paint and was just horrifying. We approached the front desk to cancel and leave but they immediately offered to be changed to another room. This other room was much better. Better maintenance and better condition. The room was hot and was informed that during winter only the heater works, to open the windows, which we did and was better.
The breakfast was decent, the staff was great and accommodating.
Overall, good location, staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel needs some maintenance.

There was missing door stop in my room with an exposed nail. I stepped on an have a bad hole in the bottom of my foot. The door trim on 422 fell off as we entered our room. I put it back. But the should not happen. M Maxwell

Location is very close to the airport. Breakfast was decent. Bathroom was clean. 24 hour check in.
This hotel is SUPER basic. The room seemed clean but was about the size of a prison cell, painted a jarring bright orange color. The glass shower door fell OFF the tracks onto me while I was showering, hitting my head and face. I told management upon check out and nothing was done except "oh sorry." I booked this hotel for the gym it has and it was in the basement, tiny and not worth using. A free airport transfer was listed and then not actually a service offered. I paid $200 USD.

Room extremely small , toilet almost inside the room / felt like a jail cell … hotel too too busy cause it’s near airport.
We were told there was parking then there was no available spots
Sink for toilet outside the toilet … place smelled really bad .
Had 2 elevators and only one working serving all the rooms .
The whole place is so tiny , like dole house
Bed is extremely uncomfortable and it’s 2 singles attached to make a queen but constantly breaking a part / my wife fell in middle several times at night .
Also no room supplies no hair blower no teapot no nothing

Nice, clean room with a very comfy bed. Free toiletries and bottled water provided. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to the tram station which takes you directly to the Florence city center. Great value—would stay again.
The only thing to note is that the hotel’s private parking lot is quite small, so you might not always get a spot. However, there is public parking around the hotel at about 1€ per hour, which worked perfectly for us since we stayed just one night.

Good modern clean rooms. Available free parking! Friendly staff, very comfortable beds and cosy towels.
Noise isolation between the rooms is not the best but honestly, not a major concern.

Not much, it was in a residential area but close to airport by 5 minutes by taxi and good breakfast selection but not included with price. I was charged 157 euros and thought that was too much especially without breakfast.
Small rooms and didn’t care for the frosted glass see through bathroom doors that didn’t lock. I was staying with a friend and it was awkward, one of us had to turn around or leave the room for showering or going to bathroom.

Stayed the night before a flight. Parked for free, 3 min drive to the airport car rental facility but also close to the tram stop that goes directly into Santa Maria Novella train station or to the airport. room was compact but very clean and modern.
