The check-in staff were incredibly helpful! I’m sorry I forgot her name. She was wonderful.
Small things make a difference. There are two shower nozzles but the instructions on how to swap them didn’t help. One of the shampoo bottles was empty. My second room, the shower door was so tight, you could not avoid turning the water off as you entered.

Clean and on surface looked good
The noise - the wall fridge made a noise all night which made sleeping uncomfortable. The water in the shower was uncontrollable. It came either very hot or very cold. Bathroom very very small and sink was in the bedroom. Noises all night.

Excellent location for airport. Tram directly to the airport was just down the street.
Shower was small. Would have been nice to include breakfast or at least a free coffee bar.

Very Good
We stayed here to be close to the airport for an early flight the following morning. The hotel met our expectations and was close to the tram station. We had a 7 AM flight the following morning. We walked to the Guidoni tram station at 5 AM, and felt safe enough during the 15 minute walk. The tram arrived around 5:20, and we got to the airport with plenty of time to make our flight. The employee at the desk was very helpful, and also offered to arrange a taxi for us in the morning, but we elected to walk to the tram station.
The frame to the shower in our room was held together by duct tape - but it worked fine.

The staff was wonderful, very helpful and excellent communicators.
The place is rather shabby, water damaged moulding, weird shower doors that let in sunlight and didn’t offer enough privacy with glass bathroom door.

- Changing the towels everyday.
- 24/7 open reception.
- Vending machine in the lobby and breakfast available each morning
- Nice reception staff.
- The bathroom we had only had a sliding glass door with spaces in it, intimacy in the bathroom was not great
- I booked a twin bed room, but we were given a double room, and they just split the bed in two when we pointed it out. The beds were then rejoined every morning after cleaning.
- One of the two bedlights was not working.

Great location close to the airport. Easy walk to the tram to get to city center. A good place to stay for the end of our stay.
Others staying at the hotel were very loud in the hallls.

Location and friendly front desk staff.
There was a very unpleasant odor that permeated the room and halls. It smelled like a combination of stale cigarette smoke and sewer gas. The hotel appeared to be trying to cover up the odor with a heavily scented fragrance. Really unpleasant.

Must stay if you want a hotel property. Very clean room although the bathroom was awkwardly placed and had a frosted glass door.
The night we checked in we were informed the boiler was broken and that there was no hot water. Had to wait the next day to shower with lukewarm water as the boiler was still being repaired.

The room was too hot. Front desk said they could lower the temp remotely but the room was stifling all night.

Good location near the airport, stayed there on final night in florence. Reception staff were awesome and helpful.
I would disagree with the 4 star rating, given the room I stayed in. It was clean; however, it was uncomfortable. Very hot because air is centrally controlled and turned off for winter. An odd very tiny fridge on the wall above the nightstand made loud noises at night. Bed was a hard box. Worst of all, there was mold above the shower so I did not use the shower.

Front desk staff was excellent, specially Nina, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. At check-in everything was excellent, once we got to the room was awful. Room was not properly clean, walls needed paint and was just horrifying. We approached the front desk to cancel and leave but they immediately offered to be changed to another room. This other room was much better. Better maintenance and better condition. The room was hot and was informed that during winter only the heater works, to open the windows, which we did and was better.
The breakfast was decent, the staff was great and accommodating.
Overall, good location, staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel needs some maintenance.

There was missing door stop in my room with an exposed nail. I stepped on an have a bad hole in the bottom of my foot. The door trim on 422 fell off as we entered our room. I put it back. But the should not happen. M Maxwell
