Pleasant
This was one tram stop from the airport so great to get our early flight (although tram starts at 8:00 a.m., I was told, so earlier would require a taxi). The listing indicated there was a restaurant and bar in the hotel, but no facilities were open on the Saturday night we stayed there. There was a good breakfast spread Sunday morning. The room was clean and comfortable but small. This was a good choice, out of any tourist area, but not much available around it. There was a food truck and one modest restaurant across the street.

Pleasant
The bathroom was incredibly small and absolutely no privacy with the glass sliding door.

Very Good
The location was great and the staff was excellent.
The beds and rooms were tiny. Fine for one night but far too small for anything more.

Quiet area good family run restaurant nearby. Two free waters in room
No airport by shuttle. Could not make hand held shower work properly but did not ask about it as it was a quick stay night before heading out to airport

Necesitaba estar cerca del aeropuerto y fue la mejor opcion. Cumple con lo que ofrece, nada destacable.
La tercera cama fue bastante incomoda.

Very Good
It was an affordable option near the airport. Nothing really special. The staff both at check-in and check-out were very friendly and helpful with directions to the rental car place for us. I appreciated the complimentary water in the room!
Our walls had scuff marks all over it, and the room felt a little small. Wouldn't have been comfortable for a long stay, but worked for us for the 1 night we needed.

If you’re looking for a hotel close to the airport, this is a good option.
Rooms are too small and the bathroom layout is wried and uncomfortable.

Poor
great and helpful staff. close to airport. close to restaurants.
we had three BIG problems!! the room was very warm and wouldn't cool down. front desk tried to adjust it from there, no change. then maintenance man came to clean the filter. no change again. very uncomfortable sleeping. also the divertor between the shower and hand held shower was jammed and the hand held couldnt be used. lastly.....the sink didn't drain, and filled to the top.
Upon checking out we requested a partial refund. We were told that they couldn't authorize it, but we feel we are owed a partial refund for the problems we encountered!

Pleasant
Good breakfast. Nice room.
Although our room was on the back, there was a lot of street noise.
The hotel should have a shuttle; walking to the T2 tram stop is dangerous because it requires crossing a large and busy road.

Fair
Close to the airport
Bathroom is separated by room via small glass door. You can see, hear and smell everything happening in there. Fine if alone, not otherwise.
If hotel parking is not available finding and paying for a place around the streets will be a problem.

The breakfast was great. It was a fantastic place to stay after a long flight. The front desk staff were very helpful when we arrived late at night.
The parking lot could be a little bigger.

Good variety! Food was regular.
We could not sign breakfast to our room so we had to go up to get the wallet so they would serve us. That was a disappointment.
