The room was very spacious and nice. Private closed parking and also possible to walk to the center.

Could not fit in the shower - shower head was only high enough for someone 165cm (5’5”)
AC did not work, room was very stuffy - window opened directly to the sidewalk on the first floor

Excellent stay! The hostess, Odette, was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always smiling. The house was perfect—from the stylish design to every small detail thoughtfully prepared for guests. It was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. And a A few steps and you are near tram station which connects you to all must visit places. Very quiet place for peaceful relaxing stay! Highly recommended!

Just a fantastic property in the heart of Florence! Easy tram ride to the main attractions. The room felt huge. Soaring ceilings and a large, comfy bed were great. Odette was a wonderful host, even for a couple of awkward Americans

The B&B has very cozy decor and homey. The room gives sense of warmth. The Staff, Odette is super friendly and helpful is providing information about the area.
It is a quite neighborhood and conveniently located. close 5 minutes walk to tram and about 25 minutes to the center.
Car parking availability was definitely a plus for us

Our room was in the annex which could have been a converted garage. But no problem with that as the inside was clean, comfortable and cozy. We were offered breakfast for 10 euros per person which we did one morning. It was served in the main building and was very nice. The location was good, maybe a 20 minute walk into Florence. There was a tram around the corner which we didn't need to use. It was great to have parking on the premises. I would recommend this property.
Nothing, but a warning about the shower because it was a bit slippery.

This property was wonderful! The location is close to a stop on the tram, which made it very easy to get to. The Host was amazing. So kind and helpful! Loved the breakfast in the morning. It does cost extra so keep that in mind, but it was so much easier than going into the city to find food. The instructions to check in and out were super easy. You do have the option to leave your bags with the host after check out if you want to explore the city more. The room is quiet, clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean as well! The view from the room was beautiful with a small little deck. We LOVED everything about this property. So charming! We would come here again and highly recommend it to others!
