This property was wonderful! The location is close to a stop on the tram, which made it very easy to get to. The Host was amazing. So kind and helpful! Loved the breakfast in the morning. It does cost extra so keep that in mind, but it was so much easier than going into the city to find food. The instructions to check in and out were super easy. You do have the option to leave your bags with the host after check out if you want to explore the city more. The room is quiet, clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean as well! The view from the room was beautiful with a small little deck. We LOVED everything about this property. So charming! We would come here again and highly recommend it to others!

Our stay in Florence was made great and super convenient by Villino Fiorentino and Odette is a fantastic host!

Excellent location. Tram is hardly 2 minutes walk. Free and safe car parking. Bed was comfortable. Ensuite bathroom But the washroom was very small. Standing Shower is very tight. I am 5 feet 9 inches male with normal body & still I found it uncomfortable to use the shower. Overall, no complaints with place. Shower is also manageable but it would have been 10/10 stay if shower was little bigger.
Host was very responsive and helpful.
Sometimes it feels like host is rude, but she’s not. I think she seems rude because of language barrier.
Check-in and checkout was also very convenient .
Room was very clean and good size bed .
Great value for the money
Highly recommended .

I liked the location and the huge bed, it was also very nice to have a free parking
The receptionist was really nice and kind
I liked that it was right next to tram and bus stations to get an easy and fast excess to the center

Very quiet neighborhood and comfortable to unwind after walking alot in Firenze. Team made it easy to access too.
Would have preferred a breakfast for this price rather than paying extra for a very basic breakfast offering.

Wonderful
The hotel itself, the design and the it's spirit makes you feel like at home! The host Odette is super nice and welcoming! Really liked the parking in the inner yard, so that you can leave the car in a safe place and explore the city by foot.
I wish the room was a bit more spacious, but for a short-term stay it was pretty enough.

The room was clean and the host was extremely friendly & welcoming - overall the stay was pleasant, but wouldn't book again. Tiny room & bathroom.
Our room was very small, and the bathroom is TINY - not even enough space for the bathmat to fit outside the shower. The accommodation is a good 20/25 minute walk into the edges of the centre - we used the city e-bikes to get in and out which made a big difference. The bedroom window was right onto the road / street level outside - so for privacy we couldnt' really open it - although the room was quite warm so we needed to at times. Could hear people walking around in the room upstairs and each morning (circa 6/6.30AM) there were strange drainage like noises.

Great host, very nice house with style and attitude
Bathroom was not so comfortable. The cabin was super small and every turn or move had the risk of changing the water or hitting something. The shower was in poor maintenance as well, so better take a look at it ?

Free parking and location
Tiny bathroom, no in room facilities for tea/coffee etc but only in communal area. Parking was free but cars were stacked behind each other.
