Room was nice and bed comfortable as one would expect these days We were upgraded from garden view superior room to one of the executive suites overlooking the river.
Hotel was clean, breakfast was amazing. Staff were helpful. The mini-bus to and from Florence centre was great. We made use of the outdoor pool, but not the spa.
We were unaware of the outside bar across the river and for the second night revised our usual early rise early bed timing. The music is loud and is pumping until "midnight" although the Friday night was actually nearer 1am. Our first night, after being up at the airport for 5am and being tired took it's toll later on. We felt this took away some of the "wellness" from a hotel which has a wellness spa.
Currently there is also an infrastructure project running, which is the installation of a tram line along the river front. This will be an amazing addition for the hotel when completed, but currently it is impossible to walk along the river front to the Ponti Vecchio unless crossing the bridge. Part of this installation is an additional bridge, not far from the hotel and some of the materials are across the river, which spoilt the view downriver somewhat.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful spa and outdoor pool was a lovely bonus.
The distance to the centre is tricky. They do put on a mini bus several times a day which is great but the last bus back is 7pm. I will say the drivers were fantastic and very nice.

Beautiful property. Rooms and facilities are amazing!! Front office staff were super helpful and extremely friendly
The manager at the cafe was extremely rude to us. Initially I thought he was just having a bad day but his rude behaviour towards our family kept occurring during our whole stay! And we could see how he was being very friendly with other families and kids similar age to ours. Which unfortunately made the whole experience sour.

Loved the style of the hotel, had a boutique feel to it and had a lovely pool area and the beds were so comfortable to sleep in. We liked that it was slightly away from the hustle and bustle of town. Would definitely return

The property was immaculate and the staff were very helpful.
The hotel was the perfect size and we couldn’t have wished for a better break.
Breakfast was a choice of everything, from continental to cooked and home made cakes or fresh fruit.
The room though small had everything you needed and was meticulously cleaned every day. It was a very comfortable stay.
The outside pool area was lovely and so was the spa areas that you could book each day for the sauna, steam room and indoor pool.

The rooms are modern. The bicycles that you can use to go to Florence.
The rooms miss some natural lights. Our room did not have a view on the Arno. The hotel is not calm. It is alongside a very busy road. The swimming pool is not a relaxing place. The deck refuses to order a taxi in advance even to go to the airport. They do it only when you are at the reception but it can take up to 10 minutes sometimes more.

Breakfast offering was very good with the exception of the coffee . The hotel needs to upgrade its coffee . Americano tastes bitter and like filter coffee.
