Big and clean rooms. Very nice spa.
Next to noisy road, very old TV:s, broken AC that cant be turned off in the room but only by the reception that should be manned by night but isnt. Food expensive without being good. Water should be free but is expensive instead.

Personal welcome us very friendly. Hotel provide us velo and it was amazing to visit Florence . They also prepared little surprise to celebrate our occasion and small travel kit for the road after . Thank you!

Great breakfast and very friendly breakfast staff View on the river Renting a bike (but: see below!)
Bike rental was a disaster for a 5* hotel. Old and badly maintained bikes. No way to have certainty that you can keep the bike for a day. Only 6 functional adult bikes available, first come first serve...... I know they could do much better on the bike front and I encourage them to beef up their bike rental experience! Our bikes were given to someone else when we came to the hotel for a 30min break before going to the restaurant for dinner. They called us about the bike and told us it was OK to keep the bike for the day - but then they gave the bike to someone else and my wife had to cycle on a children's bike to our restaurant. No apologies from the lady who gave them away, but trying to blame us.....very weird and also quite upsetting behavior that ruined our last night at the hotel
