Super atmosphere, great pool and spa, and very friendly helpful staff. Loved the views of the river The shuttle to reach the downtown area was helpful, but after hours its a little far for a walk from the main downtown so you will want to use a taxi. Rooms were extremely clean and elegant.
Room was a little on the small size.

Beautiful property. Friendly staff
Small pool area, breakfast could be improved as for a 5* hotel. In general it didnt feel like a 5* experience. I would say its a 4* hotel.

Beautiful property. The staff were brilliant and the little details made all the difference - pillow menu, GHD hair dryer & lovely Italian toiletries.
The hotel is beautiful, combining traditional Italian luxury with a modern twist.
Just to flag - it is outside the main area approximately 30 min walk. Wasn’t an issue for us but if you want to be in the historic centre it may feel slightly too far

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The fresh fruit and croissants were perfect. There was something for everyone. The staff were consistently attentive and friendly. Our son had birthday and they had even prepared a tiramisu with a candle for him. The staff thought of everthing. Thank you

Absolute beauty of a hotel. Very serene and lovely to be just outside the city. Though it is a lovely 20 minute walk along the river. Shuttle services are great.

The AC did not cool the room, it was insanely uncomfortable to try to sleep. Dinner was mediocre compared to breakfast.
