This is a special hotel amd we loved it!
Location is a little bit out of the centre so taxis for the weekend were a bit pricey

Wonderful
The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of choices. The breakfast staff were extremely polite, warm, and welcoming, which made the mornings especially pleasant.
The staff from reception were also amazing, thoughtful and professional.
The room was spacious and had a strong vintage, historic character. If you appreciate Renaissance aesthetics or have an interest in the Medici era, you would absolutely love staying here.
The mattress was a bit too soft for our personal preference, so it wasn’t the most comfortable for us. My girlfriend and I tend to prefer firmer mattresses, as they are better for our backs. This is purely a matter of personal preference and not a reflection of the quality of the hotel.

Great facilities, lovely spa, fabulous breakfast, handy shuttle into the city centre too. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Very clean well equipped rooms.
We wished the shuttle ran in the evenings too.

I paid for a room with a certain comfort and I received something completely different from what I saw in the picture shown for booking. After reporting it to the reception, I received another room, but not the one I had booked and paid for.

Beautiful establishment. Out of Central-hectic-crowded Old Town which is what WE liked. There is shuttle bus to go to center town or walking for 30 minutes. Charming interior, beautiful dining area that serves large choices for breakfast buffet. Quality of services, comfort and food/beverages are way superior than places in center town for the same values. We highly recommend this place and we are definitely planning to coming back. Thank you Ville Sulle Arno n staffs.

The place is really nice and clean, staff is very kind and helpful.
The location is 25 min walk from city center, shuttles are nice but there are only 3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. If you want to drive back later than 18:00 you need to take public transportation or taxi.
Other extra services are very expensive: 29€ per day for parking a car, laundry is per item and socks are 3€ so it sums up high. Hot tub is 36° which is not so hot. And the gym is tiny max 1-2 people.
