Very Good
It was a beautiful hotel just outside of Florence. It was bit too costly but it was during New Year so all hotels were costly then. Staff was really helpful and friendly during our stay. Beautiful views of Florence from our hotel windows.
We absolutely loved the restaurant that we found just down the street from the apartment and it was easy to get a bus and go to Florence too as driving in Italy is just crazy so we tried to avoid it where possible :).
At first we didn't like plastic cups for drinking in the rooms and no space to get together with our family as rooms were just big enough to go to sleep, but then we made it work and staff lended us glasses from dining rooms downstairs so all worked out well.
We didn't like when someone parked their car just outside the main hotel gate when we were trying to depart as we could not easily manoeuvre out with our big cars and there was no other way out into the small alley & reception staff didn't seem to be bothered by it when we asked them for help (apparently it's a normal thing in Italy :)) So yes get used to people driving crazy and parking even crazier in Italy.

Exceptional
The hotel was located on the hill so that we had a perfect view from our apartment of the main Florence(Firenze) square. It had anti-mosquito nets protecting us from their bites. The personnel were welcoming and friendly. We were check-in very late, so they described in detail how to reach the apartment. The room was clean and comfortable. Near the hotel was a parking lot. The dinner was very tasty.
Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to reach all the places in Florence, so maybe we will return there someday.

Wonderful
The room was simple, but clean and relatively spacious with a good desk and a chair. Breakfast was nice and varied. The location is great, the bus stop is just outside the villa. The whole villa is simple but has a good atmosphere to it.

The location is great, with a wonderful view of the city of Florence, and AWAY FROM THE CITY NOICE, and messes.
The breakfast bar was not very appealing, and the breakfast room is not pleasing . It would be great if they could increase the number of outdoor tables in a more open garden.

The villa itself is beautiful and the location, though isolated and far away from any amenities, is surrounded by greenery
The room was too small and missing essential stuff like slippers and a safe, the location is too isolated (around 30 mins of public transport from the city center), no close amenities such as supermarkets or restaurants.

Staff were friendly and helpful, building includes an elevator, many breakfast options to choose from
Condition of our room was inadequate; the air conditioning vent was broken, blankets were not included (we had to ask for them), shower floor and mat were wet, and the toilet area seemed to be leaking.

Beautiful property and lots of history. Famous Italian writer/poet had once written some of his works there. I went to do a medical training so all attending state here as well. Staff at the front desk, a rotation of three different men, were so incredibly helpful and nice. Alex in the kitchen was a jewel. The food was also good!
It was kind of remote, so it was a little bit difficult to get into the city in Florence. Taxis were expensive to get to and from. The bed was tiny. Only a twin size.

Wonderful
Was a really nice, especially with the chapel and the spacious garden and courtyard. The bed was so comfortable and the staff were very helpful and accommodating when we encountered an unexpected 8 hour delay causing us to arrive very late. It wasn't to far of a drive from the center of Florence, so it's a perfect location if you're driving and close to public transit if you are not.
Wish we had been able to stay a bit longer and enjoy the villa more. Some of the screens on the windows had rips in them, kind of defeating the purpose, but still nice to have.
