The garden is Amaizing

The only recommendation is that you must have a car in order to find the Villa easily.

THE MOST ENCHANTING HOME AND MOST WONDERFUL HOSTS WE HAVE EVER MET!!! We miss you Renzo and we were so thankful for your tremendous hospitality!! You went above and beyond to meet others needs!! Food, rooms, and all the necessary information to travel around was all provided by you!! Offered to help in any way!! I wish I could give a 6 Star if there was one!! The Swedish couple we met at your house were also so awestruck by your kindness!! You and your wife are amazing people and your beautiful home and garden reflect you and your marriage!! When we come to Florence again, we will staying with you!!

Set in a beautiful town away from the hustle and bustle of Florence’s city center (yet close enough for an easy bus/taxi commute to everything). It was so nice to be able to park my rental car there and not worry about having to drive around in town. The property was charming, room was comfortable and large, shower hot with good water pressure, and the host was beyond friendly and helpful! Renzo offered me a couple of rides to restaurants and to the city center, really appreciated the kindness and sincerity! The views from the balcony and the yard were breathtaking, it was exactly what I needed for those rainy days I couldn’t get out as much on. There was a mini fridge inside the room that came handy and a friendly host always available to make a fresh cup of coffee. Can’t wait for my return trip :)
I do wish there was a kettle or coffee maker available for guests for independent but no biggie.

The room was super clean. We stayed 2 nights and overall was "good" but please read the not so good stuff about it and beware. Avoid surprises.
This is not a typical hotel. Creepy host. Location only convenient if you rent a car. Its 25 minutes from the center but the road is terrible, a taxi is around 100€ to take you there (we tried Uber). We wanted to cancel the 2nd night because of it.

Aside from the peaceful and scenic location and the relaxing and rustic hotel environment, the best thing about this place is the owner and his staff! They go above and beyond to make sure your experience is amazing! I loved it and will be returning!

The house was in a beautiful location, about 20 minutes drive, in the hills, out of Florence's hustle & bustle, which we loved for its peace and quiet. Beautiful views over the Tuscan countryside. The host, Renzo, couldn't have been nicer, or more helpful, and the accommodation was spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed.

Although bit far from Firenze, this place is accessible by bus. Wonderful view of north of Firenze. Clean room, quiet surroundings, and most of all, owner is really nice and friendly. His English is not so good, but we can always use translators so it is not a big deal. The coffee he makes tastes wonderful and he was very sincere to tell us the Information we can make use of. I don’t know why Booking.com allows only 4 photos, there are so many good photos I have. I don’t know when, but if I come to Firenze again, I would definitely stay here again.
p.s. I would miss Ali, the dog living there

I was concerned about being located too far away from Florence, but this fear was allayed by our host Renzo who offered to take my daughter and I into town every day of our stay. This included after we checked out, he dropped us at Firenze S.M. train station- directly out the front, like he was our own personal driver! Plus, he provided comprehensive directions on how to take the 20 min bus back to the villa - which made the trip super easy. As others have described, felt like home staying at Villa Gallorosso. Coffee and chats in the morning made by Renzo or his colleague Yuri who were so generous - they even did a complimentary load of laundry for us, saving a trip to the local laundromat. They also politely tried to understand my bad Italian!! Also loved their cute dog, Ali. Quiet, peaceful stay, beautiful views and experience. Thank you, Renzo. Highly recommend.

Maybe there are places in Tuscany with more beautiful and romantic views, or with more modern facilities, but they are all missing one thing which is Renzo and his lovely team.
Renzo was a gentleman with a huge heart for everybody, very helpful and friendly.
His answer to all your request was always "no problem". He also offered a free ride to the city of Florence which was really nice of him.
The view was stunning, the place was extra clean, and the garden was well looked after and well designed.
If you are looking for a local taste, this is the place for you.
Nothing to complain about.
