Disappointing
Lovely gardens and easy access to Florence on the tram. Very spacious room.
The air conditioning wasnt working whilst it was 29 degrees Celsius and the room was sat directly in the sun all day, very uncomfortable it the room at nighttime. The villa had also rented out an outbuilding for a private function, loud, thumping music until 3am with party guest banging on our room door multiple times throughout the night.

Nice room, very convenient for a family. Beautiful garden to seat outside, quiet location, parking just outside and very friendly reception! Overall a very nice villa!

We had a low floor property, late check in was fine and ever was on one floor, clean and good value for money. Short 10 minute walk to the trans into Florence so location was good
On 2 occasions people thought we were reception and walked in to our accommodation which was unnerving, clearer signs for reception are needed to avoid this

Everything was perfect. The room is big, warm (we asked the staff to turn the heat on), it has all you need (small kitchen, fridge, even anti-mosquitos appliance). The upstairs room is cozy and quiet, with a big and soft bed.
The hosts were very helpful and kind.
It's very well located, near the highway and the airport. It has a private parking space which is really good for a crowded city like Florence.

It is very close to the Florence airport, which is good timewise, but makes it hard to get a willing taxi for the short trip. The apartment is well equipped. There's a nice private garden.
It's in a commercial area far from central Florence.
