Quite location, with nice location restaurants nearby. The room and location was nice, with beautiful garden and parking was a plus.
Mosquitos n the the room were hard to get rid of , we suffered from bites.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Great location,authentic building and environment.
There were no glasses or cups in the room. Breakfast was not available, even though supposed to be. Road work woke us up early, but we understand it is not hotels responsibility :)

Very charming hotel not too far from the city center (30min walk), in a quiet neighborhood with a very pleasant garden. We spent a very good night there and had a wonderful breakfast in the garden.

We loved our stay here. It was a great experience staying in a villa that dated back to the 17th century! Embrace the fact that it is a vintage style hotel and that is the beauty of it. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The shower was great. There is air conditioning in the rooms but we requested a fan as well. The location was close enough to the center of Florence that we could walk but if we were tired then transit was super easy and came often. The staff were AMAZING and so warm and welcoming! We felt like we were staying with family. They made us amazing cappucinos every day and we would sit outside in the gardens. Lovely.

It was a very beautiful old villa with a romantic garden, located in a nice and calm neighborhood.
It takes 45 minutes to go to touristic hot spots with bus so keep that in mind. Also, there was no fridge, no kettle, no mosquito net on the windows, only 1 plug to charge phone (which didn't work one night), slow draining shower that makes you stand in water. Maybe depends on your room but that's what we got as a couple. Plus, there is only one person working there.

What a lovely experience. We loved the Villa and especially our room. It felt like we were truly getting the Florence history experience. Our room was very neat and clean and the staff was so helpful. The walk from the bus stop is short and a lovely walk alongside the garden.

Staff, Flora, was wonderful. Parlors were lovely and access secure.
Terrible beds, ac not up to par, villa is run down and shabby. It is up a hill that takes a bit to climb if you don't have a car. Staff is fantastic though....

Good location, great to be able to park the car on site. Room was a good size, clean and had a washing machine!
Room ammenities were poor. No hand soap, kitchenette had no soap, sponge or minibar/fridge to be able to have cold water! A small table to go with the chairs in the room would have been nice too.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. There's a nice garden and decoration in common areas.
The hotel is still a work in progress. The room I stayed in needed some maintenance work and repairs. So it won't be the most hassle-free stay. Also the location is a bit far from the city center and hard to access without a car.

The resort is a typical Italian villa located in a quiet and leafy area. It's definitely got character. My room was spacious and with a nice view overlooking the park.
The place is at around 15-20 min walk from the closest tram station (Il Poggetto). There is also a bus (no 55) from the tram station to the resort, but it's not very frequent. Altogether allow 40-45 min to/from Santa Maria Novella railway station (tram + bus or tram + walk.)
There was no breakfast during the time of my stay, which was unfortunate. Hope they fix this. The external garden is nice, but needs some renovation.

An amazing place in a historical villa on the outskirts of the city. Hilly place with gardens. Beautiful rooms and interior. Helpful staff with a good attitude.
There are good public transport options for going from the villa to the city, but on returning, there's quite an uphill walk, not necessarily for disabled.
