The staff was great, the location is really close to a bus stop that takes you throughout the city! It was about a ~10-15 min bus ride to the duomo.
The shower tile was broken and looks a little dirty. But other than that the stay was great.

Good location
The bathroom was terrible, a bathtub shower combo that when you use the shower water will pour all over the floor with no drain for the water to go. Also you had to be an athlete to get in the bathtub that was 4ft deep and 4ft of the ground. An elderly person would have no chance to get in it.

Room was comfortable, breakfast had wide variety, bar also had a a variety of drinks, very good location for walk the city, apart of the open space there is also private parking.
WiFi coverage in our room was bad to not available, beds were 2 singles, mattresses were not comfortable as other similar design/style hotels.

Very Good
The room was luxuriously large and had everything we needed. Also a plus that they had AC and working elevators and stored our luggage after check-out while we explored the city. The location was convenient for us because we had a car and were able to park it for free at the property, though I would prefer to stay somewhere more central next time.
The decor and facilities were a bit dated.

Good quiet location, room is spacious enough, good breakfast, nice showers,... Nothing to complain about.
two big bar chairs in the room are technically in its way, no gym, the parking in the garage is quite tight space. Overall is ok this place.

Breakfast was perfect, there was plenty of fruit, real european breakfast. All fresh and clean. Location was great - 20 min by walk to city center. Stuff was very polite and helpful. Parking was also a bonus.
Small room, air condition was very bad, bathroom must be much more clean and the room too. We were on the 3th floor, maybe other floor's are better.

Breakfast buffet is great. Location very quiet and accessible. Box lunch provided for an early tour. Taxi service available when needed.
Although we encounter this issue in most hotels regardless of stars rating I would like to bring it up as hotels with a higher star rating should be different. When checking in the staff should take the time to let customers know about the location and proximity to bus stops, trams or other type of transportation. We were told nothing about this. We found a bus stop in close proximity to the hotel with service to downtown for $1.75. We contact the hotel about taxi service and they only told us to pick up a taxi at the station. Bus 6B is right across from the train station and will take you a block away from the hotel without paying for a Taxi or even awaiting for one which in our case we couldn’t find one even calling directly. Tourists aren’t aware of this fact unless the hotel staff points it out. This is even more important when the hotel location is not near main attractions or to the downtown area. Hotel management must make this a priority and a training session for all over the counter employees. A map showing these points…location of the hotel and close proximity to transportation assets as a minimum should be the rule to create a great hotel experience at check in. Not much to ask to assist people who are strangers to the city and its surroundings. We also didn’t like dinner closing at 8pm. Most one day tours ended around 7 or 8. By the time u get back to the hotel dinner was over.

Very grateful for a comp upgrade to celebrate my birthday.
Pleasant and low key staff allowing you to get on with your day.
I think I would like the location in summer to avoid the crowds however in winter I'd recommend staying closer to district 1 if you came for sightseeing( it's a very brisk 30 min walk to get to Piazza del Duomo for example).
Not sure why the place has 4 stars as no sufficient facilities - no spa or option to use the bar throughout the day.

Lavish interior decoration, a little distant from main attractions. Breakfast reasonably good, staff pleasant and professional. Quiet. Reasonably quick wifi.
Minor functional issues in the room; shower water leaves a large pool of water on bathroom floor, tap leaked, hotel was kept uncomfortably warm.
