The venue is 5 minutes from the Duomo; across the street from a hospital and 1 block from the library. Despite being across the street from the hospital, we never heard the street noise. Andrea has ensured the rooms are protected from outside noose and there are darkening shades. The room was cleaned daily. The bathroom was modern and sizable.
Andrea was very helpful in providing guidance; personable and responsive. It felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. This really is the ideal location to stay.
It was the perfect property and location.

The location is very convenient, close to many places we visited. The owner, Andrea, was very friendly and accommodating. The bedroom was very spacious, and the bathroom has been updated with great shower.

Absolutely gorgeous! Andrea, his aunt and miss Lola are the best hosts :) We arrived early and in the rain, but Andrea had our room ready, which was greatly appreciated. Room was everything we need, the bathroom looks like new, very nice. Andrea recommended to us Gino's diner nearby, food was great and we came back nex day also. Breakfast was great, salty and sweet also, fresh croissants we had were probably the best we ever tasted. Luggage storage is also benefit in the B&B. I would definitely like to come here again.

The location relative to the Cathedral and Duomo can't be beat - it literally took just 2 -3 minutes to get to Piazza del Duomo. The room was lovely and very clean and the host Andrea was a great communicator and very helpful. The building itself is charming and historic, but the room was modern and perfect for our needs.
Since the Booking app insisted on asking the question - the only minor thing to note is that sounds from the lobby did carry a bit, at least for the room we stayed in. We weren't bothered by the sound, but we sometimes worried that we ourselves might be too loud for others. We experienced the exact same situation in other similar B&Bs that we stayed in while in Italy on a previous trip. Historic "charm" sometimes has a price in terms of sound proofing, but we didn't mind and would absolutely stay there again!

The B&B is perfectly located, literally 2 corners away from the Cathedral but still on a quiet street with few tourists. The host, Andrea, is incredible: friendly and helpful. We had a normal sized room which was more than large enough, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I want to make a special note about the nicely remodeled bathroom with more than enough hot water for the shower. (We were there during an unusual cold spell in April.) And I cannot forget to mention the adorable house dog, Lola. She deserves a top review of her own.
There is nothing that we did not like.

Fantastic, clean, comfortable place with nice breakfast! Andrea is so personable and hospitable!! He even packed us a to go breakfast when we had an early tour. His dog, Lola, is adorable. Definitely will stay here again if ever back in Florence!!
