Wonderful location just two minutes walk from the cathedral. Its easy to miss if youre looking for it on your own, but Andrea was a great help in advance, keeping in contact to check we were on our way ok.
Once there, the B&B is immaculately clean, generously sized room and bathroom with everything you need and great breakfasts - youve got to try the pastries!
Andrea is also a fountain of knowledge for local places to eat and how to make the most of your visit, an impeccable host!

Very clean and comfortable, great location. Big room and bathroom. Breakfast really good and very nice accommodating owner
A fair amount of street noise from our room. (Dont know if that is an issue with other rooms). Also dont know if this can be helped because it is in the heart of Florence where it is quite busy.

The staff/owners great customer service and the location was close to the central part of Florence but still quiet. The breakfast was varied and tasty and the room had great Italian character but modern facilities and the beds were so so comfortable
didnt have its own bar which would have been nice but so many local restaurants and bars so was ok in end

The property was great but the owner was even better! He takes such care of each guest. We felt right at home and he was so helpful to us throughout our entire stay! I would recommend this B & B to anyone visiting Florence.

Location is perfect. We walked from train station and reached the property in about 10mins. The property is beautiful and the host is fantastic.
The only small issue was the noise from the street when we opened the window. I dont mind it and can sleep through all the noise but my friend struggled a bit.

Fantastic location short walk to the Duomo and local sights. Andrea, the Host, is welcoming and helpful with knowledge of hidden gem restaurants. He also makes an effort to accommodate any special requests. We had a great stay and appreciated the special surprise Andrea organized!

La Casa del Ghiberti was our little haven during our time in Florence. It is located just behind the Duomo and close to all the main sites, yet is very quiet and calm. The bedroom and ensuite were very spacious and functional. We loved the USB ports next to the bed - how considerate! Andrea was a delightful host and very helpful. We highly recommend this wonderful B&B!

It was a fantastic location. The room was absolutely beautiful and Andreas - the host was so friendly and accommodating. Very nice bathroom, comfortable bed and an elevator. Very secure location, along with nice breakfast.

The owner is the best. From the first moment it was like living with a friend. He was so helpful and flexible, recommended very cool, authentic Italian restaurants. These places were the highlight of our stay as Florence is full with tourists. The location of the B&B is perfect, the Duomo is right there, the train station just a 10-minute walk. Dont miss out this accommodation!

This accomodation was beautiful. The decor was stunning and fresh with everything you could want - right in the centre of Florence just behind the Duomo. The host was fantastic and went out of his way to help with queries.

The Best B&B to stay at in Florence. You get the best location, the best host and a great rate when you stay at La Casa Del Ghiberti B&B. The only thing we would change is we stayed for two nights and the next time we would stay for a third night. Andrea has great local knowledge and was very helpful to make our stay enjoyable.
