Great location; fun elevator - having a lift in this part of town was deciding factor in choosing this property. Excellent hosts that run the property - went out of their way to help with bags & taxi.
The rooms were small but typical for a 16th century building. Lots of storage to store bags. Shower plumbing could use a bit of maintenance, but it wasn’t a big deal.

This was a great place to stay just across the Ponte Vechhio opposite Palazzo Pitti. The room has a/c which was great because it was very hot while we were there. The directions were helpful and our host was actually waiting outside for us to be sure we found it okay. Really enjoyed our stay there.
Nothing I can think of. If you struggle with stairs, there is a lift, but it is small and very slow. We don't mind stairs, but it would be something to consider for those who don't like them.

Everything from when we were greeted at the front door when we arrived until the morning we left. Paola and Andrew were the PERFECT hosts and ever so kind to all of us. Any information or directions we needed were always kindly and thoroughly given. We hated to leave and will definitely stay again.

We could not have been happier with our stay here. We had exceptional service and the location was amazing. Safe and walkable to everything we wanted to see. Also really great restaurants nearby. We hope to stay here again in the future and will absolutely be recommending to all our friends!

Coming from Trastevere, Rome - the silence was amazing even when we were in a central location
The staff was really amazing and helped us with the luggage.
Room was also quite spacious
The water pressure was not really good and we had a day or two where the water were not that hot.
Also, I do realize the building is VERY old but there was mold in the bathroom

Perfect location makes you wonder the history of this hotel. The hosts are welcoming and super nice. Comfortable bed and nice ambience.
The bathroom is small and has slippery risks, particularly the stair from shower area to basin is potentially risky for elderly I guess.

Location was great for what we wanted to do and the hosts were very helpful and knowledgeable.
Only small thing was the loo seat was loose. We didn't mention it as we were only there one night
