Wonderful location walking distance to train station and all other entrainment and restaurants. Well appointed and exceptionally clean. Eleanora was a wonderful host. Breakfast was great.

Location, location, location. Due to its central location we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The David, the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and countless restaurants, bars, and shops were just minutes away from the property.
If you book the city view room, you may find it very small. However, the balcony overlooks a square, some ancient buildings, excellent people watching, and buskers who provide professional level musical entertainment.

Thee best location.
Shower doors, corners are simply disgusting, full of scum and mold. No hot water one full day. Shower head shoots in all directions. Gasket is coming out of shower door, you step on it while showering. Shower drain cap comes completely off. My mother’s room the toilet seat was completely loose. Two very small bottles of shampoo and one very cheap plastic cup do not constitute essentials. The toilet paper holder wobbles. The walls are all scuffed. The bathroom was a zero. The bed is very uncomfortable. The elevator did not work for one full day. I would not consider staying or recommending. This is NOT luxury.

The property was beautiful. The host was so helpful and available. The breakfast was perfect for us. The main eating area had such a beautiful view. The elevator worked every time and came quickly. Everything was perfect!

The property is centrally located, next to Piazza di Santa Trinita. In the evenings, we could hear musicians playing at the Piazza. The room was clean and spacious enough for three people, featuring two large windows. Breakfast was excellent, featuring a variety of items including warm croissants, Nutella, jams, soy milk, milk, coffee, cheese, ham, fresh fruits, yogurt, and boiled eggs. They also provided lactose-free milk upon request. It was very nice that the water in the room refrigerator was offered for free.
The room AC setting automatically returns to 21 degrees after a while. As a result, the only way to keep the room a bit warmer than 21 degrees at night was to turn the AC off.

I would not stay anywhere else in Florence. The view from the room is amazing. You’re close to everything in the old town. The beds are comfortable. A/C works good. Everything has been updated. Absolutely a 10 out of 10. And you can’t beat the singing outside your window at night.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Florence for a weekend night. The room was cozy, clean, and beautifully appointed, with a charming view of the city. The staff was warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect—steps away from major sights and delightful cafes. Breakfast was a delicious. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway!

The instructions to the parking needs a little more detail. Just before the hotel, you turn left. The instructions say the name of the road but you cannot see this name coming from the one way. If you say take the second lef which will take you under an arch, this would be more helpful.
