The location is perfect as it is in the middle of the heart of the shopping district. Yet the room is very quiet.
The only issue was the suboptimal stocking of the mini bar. This is a very minor point.

This was an incredible location and amazing for families. We loved the kitchen and balcony. The bathroom is small, but that is to be expected. Cannot recommend for families enough.

Location was perfect !!! Close to all of the designer shops, restaurants, local shops, historical sights in walking distance. Just perfect

We have a great time at the hotel with the help from Anna. She is so lovely and helpful that made our stay so enjoyable.
The room is stylish but the arrangement of the furniture is not practical.

We loved the location and convenience of the place. We also loved the amenities.
It was difficult not having nightstands and getting out of bed. There was no oven which was a little difficult if we had food to bring back.

Great location. Personal attention. Walking distance to all the sites. Beautiful, very large room with absolutely amazing bathroom. We definitely recommend Tornabuoni Suites Collection Residenza D'Epoca.

Staff were very hospitable. Location great. Beautifully appointed suite. Lots of space
Next time I will request the room on the interior side, just to lessen sound from street. However the staff mentioned they are upgrading those windows on the Main Street side

Excellent location, short walk from train station, close to Duomo and uffuzi and many of the cities important landmarks. The suite was spacious and clean. Check in instructions were clear and The staff was very helpful and communicated well. It’s also in the middle of the high end shopping district. All the famous luxury brands are right out the front door.

We loved the beautiful, spacious rooms. The location was perfect. We appreciate the staff being so friendly and helpful.
Would like to have had coffee service in the hotel but it is a minor desire.

The most wonderful 360 views of Florence from our room. One of the best views I’ve ever had in a hotel. We stayed in the suite with 4 guests for one night, it was spacious for all of us.

Location was amazing and the suite was fabulous! Close to the Ponte Vecchio surrounded by luxury shops and not in the touristy area.
