Great location. Personal attention. Walking distance to all the sites. Beautiful, very large room with absolutely amazing bathroom. We definitely recommend Tornabuoni Suites Collection Residenza D'Epoca.

Next time I will request the room on the interior side, just to lessen sound from street. However the staff mentioned they are upgrading those windows on the Main Street side

This was an incredible location and amazing for families. We loved the kitchen and balcony. The bathroom is small, but that is to be expected. Cannot recommend for families enough.

Excellent location, short walk from train station, close to Duomo and uffuzi and many of the cities important landmarks. The suite was spacious and clean. Check in instructions were clear and The staff was very helpful and communicated well. It’s also in the middle of the high end shopping district. All the famous luxury brands are right out the front door.

We loved the beautiful, spacious rooms. The location was perfect. We appreciate the staff being so friendly and helpful.
Would like to have had coffee service in the hotel but it is a minor desire.

The most wonderful 360 views of Florence from our room. One of the best views I’ve ever had in a hotel. We stayed in the suite with 4 guests for one night, it was spacious for all of us.

Location was amazing and the suite was fabulous! Close to the Ponte Vecchio surrounded by luxury shops and not in the touristy area.

Everything was exceptional! We had a wonderful stay and recommend 10/10. The staff was incredible and our room was absolutely lovely. Location is very safe, in upscale area of stores. We will certainly be back!

Wonderful location, 15 minute walk to many of the sites. Great restaurants nearby and shopping spots every way you turn,
Room is spacious with a sitting room adjoined and the city views are amazing.
The room we got was on the top floor. 7 th floor. The elevator only goes to 5 th floor. We were way heavy with our packing so that was a struggle.

Location
The room photo in booking showed a different suite but we ended up with a suite on the 6th floor which was not the best set up with irregular bedroom , living room design making hard to move around . If you can’t get a room on the 5th floor, it’s not a good deal.
