We booked this hotel because it has a parking area, which was very important for us as we we were on a roadtrip. Upon our arrival, we were told that the parking is not available because there will be cleaning in the area and we can park on the street. There was absolutely nowhere available in the neighborhood and we asked the receptionist to call us anytime (late night or early morning) before the cleaning starts and we can move the car and then park it back when it is over. She told us “no, you can go to another hotel and we will refund your money ”! It was 21:30 pm and she offered to put us to the door instead of trying to find a logical solution! Any customer obsessed hotel would have informed us about the cleaning and parking problem in advance and we could find another hotel in the first place! Also, coffee machine was not working. The worst experience ever!

Everything was more than perfect. The breakfast, location, free shuttle to the city, the staff, everything was clean and rooms are spacious.

Great new property with very handy shuttle service
Breakfast was lovely although no cutlery and didn’t replace food that had run out. Equally with room, could have had bottled water not tap water that wasn’t replaced. Obviously a few new hotel teething problems

The property was clean and warm.
The property was far away from any shopping centre or shop. One has to eat in the hotel. One girl was taking orders and at the same time she was serving the guests. We felt that it was unfair on this staff.
The restaurant and bar were closed on Sunday. There were one or two local small comfort food cafe but these were also closed on Sundays.
The gym and other facilities were not appropriate for use due to smell.
It was not a hotel , I shall book again.
