We had an amazing stay at this modern hotel in Firenze! The beautiful and well-decorated rooms are big, clean, and come with coffee machines, making it easy to relax and feel comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent, offering a great variety of high-quality products to start the day. The hotel also provides free parking, which is very convenient.
Although the hotel isn’t in the city center, they offer a free shuttle service. There’s also bus line 23 just a 5-minute walk away, running every 15 minutes throughout the day until around midnight and taking only about 15 minutes to reach the center.
The staff are incredibly kind and go out of their way to make you feel at home. We will definitely return here the next time we visit Firenze. Highly recommended!

Overall we have had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! Breakfast had great variety of options and all were of good quality. We really enjoyed it! Beds were also exceptional, we slept amazing and that was a huge surprise! Staff always helpful and kind. Hotel is located out of town, however there is a bus service owned by the property with regular slots to the town which was really convenient!

We wanted a location which wasn’t in the center so it was okay for us. Rooms were nice but the shower cabin was tooooo small!
First, very small shower cabins. Second, what we didn’t like is how slow the problem with drainage in our room was solved. We had to wait to get it fixed for almost 2 days. Staff at the restaurant wasn’t very welcoming and always looking unhappy when we were coming in the evening.

Staying here is really value for money. Breakfast selection was great! Room was also cozy. Connecting to the internet was a breeze. I loved the patio area outside the restaurant.
The location wasn't very ideal as they are located outside the city center; but they make up for it by providing multiple shuttle trips to and from the city center.

The reception staff were mostly friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was delightful and offered a variety of food, and the property was clean and comfortable. The WiFi was exceptional, and I really appreciated the free shuttle service to Florence Old Town. A quiet and convenient place to stay.
The time for the return shuttle is at 19:30, which is quite early for visiting Florence.

I really liked that the hotel doesn't use strong fragrances to appear clean. The beds were very comfortable. The shuttle to town was a wonderful thing!

I liked it till only 12 hours before checkout.
The staff, when we had an issue, unfortunately the staff at that time didn’t try to solve it and the attitude was shocking. When talking to the hotel manager the next morning, unfortunately to my surprise, he didn’t admit that the situation should have been handled differently. The name of the business is HOSPITALITY!

Everything was perfect!
There is a lot of facilities in the hotel to make your visit easier and comfortable, a good breakfast available and very easy to go to the principal attractions in Florence.
The swimming pool is good after walking around in the city.

We had difficult finding the place and my GPS didn’t recognized it but we called the front desk and Sofia was amazing she guided us while we were walking and we were able to arrive .
Speaking about Sofia, she was amazing; she helped us a lot with info etc she made us fell very welcome .
This place has a shuttle to the Center and the driver is super nice.
I forgot to mention about the breakfast its super amazing.
I definitely will come back.
The pool looks very nice but we didn’t have time to use it.
The location is kind of hidden behind a complex of apartments

The breakfast area was really nice, lots of choices and replenished often. The staff were nice at the hotel.
Had issue with door but they sent maintenance right away. The restaurant was ok portions were on the smaller end but the price was a bit high.
