We had a accident while visiting and were placed on crutches, basically non ambulatory. The staff let us use a roller chair, allowed meto park my mototbike thete and we very kind and helpfull.
If the resturant was open for lunch.

Hotel staff was lovely
Rooms had a lot of dust, ashtray was filled with sigarettes when I arrived. The electricity is only working when you put the room key in it.

The decor of the hotel was lovely.
Air con didn’t work and after coming home from a night out we came back to a boiling hot room. By midnight it still wasn’t working so had to go to reception. They tried to override the system but this only made a slight difference. They had no fans to loan us so we didn’t get sleep until 2am!
Breakfast was poor also. Lots of options but poor quality hot cooked items.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the overall vibe and atmosphere of the hotel. The room and bed were comfortable. The aircon and wifi worked well. There was plenty of safe parking
The staff were hit and miss - some extremely friendly and others quite dismissive. I asked reception to call a taxi, and waited in the lobby for 20 minutes, only to go back to the desk and discover from a different employee, that it hadn't even been ordered... There was supposed to be a "free shuttle" but apparently it was out of order during my stay, which I wasnt informed of in advance, and once again - staff very dismissive when this was raised.
You definitely need a car for this hotel!! I didn't have a car, and there is absolutely nothing in the surrounding area. The hotel also doesnt serve lunch so you are pretty stuck during the day unless you get a bus/taxi out. The taxis were also few and far between.
