We had an amazing stay at this modern hotel in Firenze! The beautiful and well-decorated rooms are big, clean, and come with coffee machines, making it easy to relax and feel comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, offering a great variety of high-quality products to start the day. The hotel also provides free parking, which is very convenient. Although the hotel isn’t in the city center, they offer a free shuttle service. There’s also bus line 23 just a 5-minute walk away, running every 15 minutes throughout the day until around midnight and taking only about 15 minutes to reach the center. The staff are incredibly kind and go out of their way to make you feel at home. We will definitely return here the next time we visit Firenze. Highly recommended!

The property itself looks good and nice. Good restaurant area and entry. The location is good/bad. There were regular apartments with people looking from the balcony all around the hotel.
The room was terrible. The aircondition was not working, there was a football field nearby with screaming people all night. I dont want to start about the bathroom. There was a continious smell which didn't go after so many perfume i used. The shower was small. I didn't fit there and I am not big. For the money I paid, at least it could be clean.

Overall we have had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! Breakfast had great variety of options and all were of good quality. We really enjoyed it! Beds were also exceptional, we slept amazing and that was a huge surprise! Staff always helpful and kind. Hotel is located out of town, however there is a bus service owned by the property with regular slots to the town which was really convenient!
