Staying here is really value for money. Breakfast selection was great! Room was also cozy. Connecting to the internet was a breeze. I loved the patio area outside the restaurant.
The location wasn't very ideal as they are located outside the city center; but they make up for it by providing multiple shuttle trips to and from the city center.

The reception staff were mostly friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was delightful and offered a variety of food, and the property was clean and comfortable. The WiFi was exceptional, and I really appreciated the free shuttle service to Florence Old Town. A quiet and convenient place to stay.
The time for the return shuttle is at 19:30, which is quite early for visiting Florence.

I really liked that the hotel doesn't use strong fragrances to appear clean. The beds were very comfortable. The shuttle to town was a wonderful thing!
I will say the pool is really quite small.

I liked it till only 12 hours before checkout.
The staff, when we had an issue, unfortunately the staff at that time didn’t try to solve it and the attitude was shocking. When talking to the hotel manager the next morning, unfortunately to my surprise, he didn’t admit that the situation should have been handled differently. The name of the business is HOSPITALITY!

Everything was perfect!
There is a lot of facilities in the hotel to make your visit easier and comfortable, a good breakfast available and very easy to go to the principal attractions in Florence.
The swimming pool is good after walking around in the city.

We had difficult finding the place and my GPS didn’t recognized it but we called the front desk and Sofia was amazing she guided us while we were walking and we were able to arrive .
Speaking about Sofia, she was amazing; she helped us a lot with info etc she made us fell very welcome .
This place has a shuttle to the Center and the driver is super nice.
I forgot to mention about the breakfast its super amazing.
I definitely will come back.
The pool looks very nice but we didn’t have time to use it.
The location is kind of hidden behind a complex of apartments

The boutique hotel was very coquettish, clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful.

The breakfast area was really nice, lots of choices and replenished often. The staff were nice at the hotel.
Had issue with door but they sent maintenance right away. The restaurant was ok portions were on the smaller end but the price was a bit high.

I had a great stay at your hotel. I especially appreciated being allowed to check in early after a long journey — it was incredibly convenient and made a big difference in helping me rest and recharge. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared.
