Wonderful Hotel with Exceptional Service
A wonderful hotel with exceptionally kind and helpful staff! On our way to Florence, I started feeling unwell, and Gabriele kindly allowed us to check into our room two hours early and even upgraded our room. I am truly grateful for his kindness and thoughtfulness — it made a difficult moment so much easier.
The breakfast was outstanding, and the shuttle service to and from the city was extremely convenient and always punctual.
Thank you to Gabriele and the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. We truly appreciated the excellent service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Wonderful
Room was comfortable, free parking, not far from the bus stop to get to Florence. Breakfast was very good, but not free.
Reception staff were helpful but not all were welcoming.

Pleasant
There is a shuttle to the city that is much appreciated and lots of parking.
Disappointing stay — noise and mosquitoes
Unfortunately, my stay was spoiled by two problems. A door somewhere nearby kept slamming so loudly it sounded like a gunshot, which was startling and made it hard to relax or sleep. On top of that, the room had a lot of mosquitoes, and I was bitten repeatedly through the night. Fitting soft-close mechanisms on the doors and adding window screens or mosquito repellent would make a big difference for future guests.

Pleasant staff, lovely room and bathroom. Good amenities, shuttle to city Centre
No option of coffee in the room even to make yourself.
Later shuttle return times would be appreciated.

Good
The common area was very well furnished. The pool looked amazing but rather small. Didnt really spend time there. The staff was very helpful.
The room is big but rather old. No amenity was provided. The air conditioning was quite weak and it took quite long to just cool down the room a bit.

Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff, good onsite facilities. The courtesy bus to the centre was much appreciated.
Location means that you either have to use the courtesy bus, drive or get a taxi to the city.

The property was nicely presented. It had free car parking, lovely restaurant and bar area and the pool was an added bonus on those warmer days. The hotel location is outside the city centre but the hotel provides a free shuttle bus which was an added bonus but they provide information for the local buses as well.
