The hotel was beautiful and the staff was exceptional. The Cosimo Rooftop Restaurant staff were amazing and the dinner was absolutely top notch.
The selection at breakfast at the Sala Caminetto was somewhat limited. A wider selection for breakfast would have pushed our stay over the top and is a relatively easy fix for the Hotel.

Service at the 5th floor was bad. I waited 10 minutes for a waiter and only could get one after I intervened Twice. Thx were clearly overwhelmed and slow. Very disappointed.
