We had a wonderful stay at St Regis Florence. The hotel is beautiful, perfectly located and within easy walking distance of Florence’s main attractions. The atmosphere is elegant and calm.
The service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, and consistently kind, making the experience feel truly special. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with high quality products and attentive service.
A refined and memorable stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend it.

The entire staff outstanding. I felt like I was the most important guest in the hotel. Concierge staff personally came to escort me to the taxi, so I would not miss my train. Thank you for the lovely suite upgrade. I could not have had a better experience. I want to return to Florence just to stay at The St Regis!

The service from arrivals to check-in and beyond. Is classy and wonderful. I’ve been in so many high end hotel across the world. I have to say the staff friendless, welcoming and top end service and positive vibes are unmatchable.a special thank you to the concierge staff, as they are without a doubt the most pro active service I have ever seen in more than 20+ years. Beautiful experience, and definitely will be repeated.

The authentic classic decoration that was amazing , the service more than expected, the stuff kind and really good , the room was amazing clean and beautiful view I highly recommend the hotel.
