The authentic classic decoration that was amazing , the service more than expected, the stuff kind and really good , the room was amazing clean and beautiful view I highly recommend the hotel.

I have to say the staff friendless, welcoming and top end service and positive vibes are unmatchable.a special thank you to the concierge staff, as they are without a doubt the most pro active service I have ever seen in more than 20+ years. Beautiful experience, and definitely will be repeated.

I stayed at your hotel from 16th to 19th August. I brought a Prada half-sleeve T-shirt, which I carefully packed in my bag. On Sunday, the T-shirt was inside my bag, but when I checked again, it was missing. It seems someone went through my bag and stole it. Everything else in the bag was untouched.
I contacted the emergency phone number to follow up, but they did not pay attention to my concerns. I also spoke with the reception, but no calls were made, and my complaint was not taken seriously. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care and responsiveness. I request urgent action to locate my T-shirt or resolve this matter.

Disappointing
The design of the room was very nice.
I had some problems with the stuff. First, I've waited to long for my car to be picked up from the consierge team. They made a checking of the paint but I told them that the car is full insured and I just want to go in the room to rest after a busy day. They told me that the garage is not at the hotel so I need to tell them 30 minutes before so that they have time to pick it up and deliver it to me. They changed my seat position and the mirrors and I didn't expect this from such a hotel with this kind of prices.
The worst impression they left me was at breakfast. When I checked in, they told me that the breakfast is included and after I've started eating someone from the stuff came to me and asked me to sign a note that I was present at the breakfast. The note was a check of 50€ for the breakfast. I explained them that it is included and I don't sign it and they cut the amount. It is very inappropriate to be desturbed when I was eating the breakfast with this situation. When I arrived at the breakfast I told them the room number. In every other hotel telling the room number it's enough but not here.
Because of this experiences I will never return to this hotel chain again.

The staff were very very welcoming. Overlooking the atrium had a lovely touch. One particular staff member gave us a lovely selection of Italian olive oil as i asked for some.
It was disappointing as it was catering for an American market and there was no Italian touch or food especially for its authentic Florence region of amazing products.

From the moment we walked in. Your staff absolutely exceptional on all levels. Andre and Fabio in the bar. The concierge Oscar. The women in the spa fabulous. So very special. Every second. Of every day.
The shower head was less than strong. Weak with water. But the handheld helped.
