Our room was fabulous - spacious with a very comfortable bed. The view from the room was truly spectacular. Aircon fridge and coffee machine nice touches. Breakfast at a local restaurant was fantastic. Drinks in the library bar also a wonderful touch. Staff were welcoming, friendly and super helpful. Cant wait to come back.

A stunning location with friendly staff and great communication before my stay. A room with a view!!!! Added extras such as the balcony and the library, not to mention the complimentary breakfast.

The location was amazing... very close to all Florence has to offer, great restaurants close by and even a supermarket. The room was spacious and very clean. The history of the building is incredible. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend to stay here and would happily stay again.

Location was excellent , staff were very friendly and helpful, the building was very interesting as it retained so much of its character and what it previously was.
Bed and pillows werent the best, but might have been perfect for some people.

Location is very good. Even though it locates in the historical center, it is also close to the railway station and Mercato Centrare. Stuff is helpful and friendly.
Facility. Well it is O.K. but not meet our expectations. Beds are too small. But clean enough.
