It was very nice and clean, with great air conditioning! It was a great to escape the heat of the day from time to time. There was breakfast included and a bar that we unfortunately didn’t make it to. It was just a couple blocks from the Duomo and a Wine Window!

Everything about this location was more than amazing! There were restaurants galore, shops, markets, beautiful churches and steps away from the beautiful Duomo. The location is in walking distance to both the train as well as the trams for easy additional travel in Florence. The staff was welcoming each and every day. They answered any questions we had. The room we stayed in was immaculate. We had coffee every morning on the terrace. So quiet and peaceful. The sunsets from our room's window each night were stunning. It was hot, hot, hot in Florence when we traveled. The AC was an addtional bonus!!! You will not be disapppointed!

The people were so helpful with recommendations and directions.
The room was very comfortable and the location was great.
The only thing we didn't like was the amplified music in the square which our room faced.
One night the performer was there until midnight. Too late!

Staff, location, size of the room, bathrooms and cleanliness. Great recommendations for places to eat. We wanted to check in early but room was not ready so we were able to store our bags at the front desk. Huge benefit and we used it on check out day as well. Made our visit so much better. There was a nice library with a small bar and a free drink at chemin night

We loved the location of this hotel - it was right in the heart of Florence, which is what we wanted, as we were only there 2 nights. The staff was a pleasure to work with - very accommodating. We arrived early and they had 1 of the 3 rooms ready for us, so we were able to store our luggage in one room. The rooms were a great size! and the A/C worked really well. The 1st night they provided us with drink tickets - and we were able to enjoy some nice snacks and a glass of wine in their beautiful library. We were also able to leave our luggage with them on the last day as we explored Florence and caught a late train to Rome. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The location was unbeatable. The view of the Duomo from the room window. The extraordinary A/C in the middle of a heat wave. The spacious room. The staff was amazing. The bathroom was comfortable. It was everything you could want.
I came to celebrate my daughter’s 15th BDay… the staff left a card for her… gave us free drinks…
Also, there is something special about knowing Leonardo Da Vinci lived at the property…

The location of this property couldn’t be better. The staff was so kind and helpful. The rooms were perfect.
While the rooms were perfect, our beds were a little hard. But that could just be preference.

The property was nice and historical. Lounge was excellent as well. Location was great for walking around city and was close to several cafes. Walking to train station with luggage was no issue as it was close. Every night had free music concert by local artist performing at nearby church area.
No dislikes to report. Enjoyed the trip.
