The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to all the important sites and had stores nearby for shopping. The patio was a nice addition for us to spend some time outside, and the unit has 3 air conditioners and they all worked well. The host was able to accommodate our early arrival and they were helpful with our stay.
Not that it was the host issue but there was a fair amount of noise from people on the street. Even though it looks like a quiet street the noise travels a lot and even with the newer windows we could hear a lot of noise and talking late at night and in the early hours of the morning.

It was so nice to have two separate bedrooms and baths! Also the air conditioning, which we knew would be questionable in Florence, but it worked perfectly.

Location was excellent, close enough to the tourist spots without feeling too busy. Close to all entities and some great restaurants. Place was as described with all facilities working really well. Staff were friendly on arrival.
Could get a little noisy at night. Bring some ear plugs just in case!
