It is a hotel that is just outside of the highway but in a quiet industrial area. And this is the reason we chose it. The rooms are large and clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the personnel very friendly.
Was all ok. We did not try breakfast because we departed early

The staff was great! It is located near a mall & train station that goes into Florence. All within walking distance. Parking is 10 euro in a covered parking on the site. The hotel needs to be updated, but still a decent place to stay. Did not get the breakfast. No tea kettles in room or coffee.
Things are worn down, no tea kettles in room or included breakfast or coffee.

The staff at the reception were very nice especially Massimiliano. Parking at the hotel is very convenient and helpful. The room was very clean and cozy.
The design was a little bit old.
There is no safe box in the room.
The heir dryer was too old

The location does not match a 4-star hotel. Breakfast is bad and tasteless. When the hotel is very busy, the staff can't handle the breakfast!!! The money for breakfast was refunded, but still... .

The friendly, very helpful nature of the staff who greeted me on arrival. I explained I had a truck I needed to park close by and they were able to accommodate that request too.
