Wonderful
The hotel is close to the Florence Airport, which is why I booked this location. It is best for someone in Florence for business or looking to be able to access the Florence Airport easily. We were there for less than 12 hours and really only slept there before our departure from Florence. It is a nice residential area with a park, a large grocery store, and a few restaurants in the area. The room was very nice, although not large. They had a wonderful wardrobe mirror that had fold-outs from the wall that provided a three-sided view of yourseld which was an unexpected and nice feature.
The room could have been a bit larger, but it was totally adequate.

Great location, right by the tram station.
A lot of stores and restaurants nearby.
Very comfortable pillows and beds.
If you are coming with a car beware that parking is small and they don't reserve yout spot.
We arrived at hotel late afte a long day and we were counting on a parking space as we were parked on hotel parking the day before. Unfortuantely the parking was full and we needed to search for parking on the streets around hotel which was kinda unpleasant.
Also the bar in the lobby is pretty expensive. I am used to hotel prices but 18 euro for a small beer and one shot of amaro is a bit excessive.

Friendliness of staff and cleanliness of hotel and room. The staff was very responsive to my emails before and after my stay.
The fact that there were no English channels on the TV and that the hair dryer plug wasn’t the right one for the receptacle.

Perfect location to take the tram into the city center and to the airport. The stop is directly in front of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind.
We could not adjust the temperature and the room was very warm. We had to open the windows.

Parking, even small there were places available every day. Tram from front of the hotel directly to old city, 10 minutes ride.
The vent in the bathroom did not work and because no window and therefore the poor ventilation. Some permanent noise in the room, not very disturbing though.
