Very rude reception ruined the entire stay. Arrived late at night after a long drive and the receptionist immediately told us to quiet down when we simply asked to check in. Neighborhood is not great either.

Really nice hotel, convinient location, next to tram station ( 5 min tram ride to center)

No irons in rooms - you can get an iron from the reception, but you only have an hour to use for free

The tram stop was right in front.
The supermarket was huge and also right next to the hotel. Very strategic to stay here to explore Florence.

The location and the facilities
It was many mistakes about the payment for the reservation and they took more amount after discussion with the staff they refunded the amount

Camilla, who is the most attentive reception personnel on the earth. She was always positive and smiling, providing recommendations regarding the food spots and attractions and was very helpful. She made our stay much better in florence.

Great location for an overnight stay between the airport and the train station. Easily accessible via the T2 tram. Nice room and comfortable bed. We dined in the restaurant downstairs and the service was very good, as was the food and reasonable price. We recommend this hotel!

Excellent location, just opposite tram line 2. The same T2 to get to the hotel from the airport and to get to the centre of Florence. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, luxurious and extremely clean.
My colleagues tried the breakfast and weren't very impressed.
