Wonderful
Room lovely clean and spacious. Staff very pleasant. Tram stop right outside the door. Convenient. We were so thrilled to get to stay there as the hotel we had booked and paid for was an absolute dump and we were scrambling to find somewhere on the Friday and Saturday night as we were touring Italy and in Florence.
