A fairly modern hotel in a reasonably quite location a little far from the centre but did not cause a problem as tram station right outside the hotel.
We arrived early and was able to checkin as rooms were available, check in staff were pleasant and reasonably helpful.
The restaurant and bar staff were not friendly and did not help much on requests. Very limited toiletries in the bathroom. The heating in the bedrooms did not work as the hotel said it's not switched on.
Beware of the shower in the bath very slippery as not rubber mat provided.
Personally the hotel was expensive for what you got, then I suspect that's Florence.

When I checked in, the front desk staff was quite slow, and the process took longer than expected. The room initially assigned to me was very small and located next to the lift and housekeeping room, making it extremely noisy. When I went back to the front desk to request a change, the staff initially refused, saying it was the only room available. I had to insist before she finally agreed to check, and it took nearly an hour and a half before I was offered a decent room.

The location was quite central to walking distanxe to all attractions. Tram statiin is literally outside the hotel.
Could do better with restaurant and breakfast variety.
Restaurant should be very busy in the evening but it is not. High prices maybe??

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was far below expectations, especially considering the price. The cleanliness was the worst we’ve ever experienced — there were spiders, spider webs all over the wall corners, and even insects and butterflies inside the room.
When we complained, the staff showed us another room, but sadly, it also had the same issue with spiders and butterflies. The breakfast was below average and definitely not at the level you’d expect from a hotel in this price range.
After reporting the situation, the only compensation we received was a 10% discount at the restaurant — which didn’t make up for the uncomfortable experience.
Overall, we were very unhappy with our stay and wouldn’t recommend this property unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness and overall service quality.

Food in the restaurant was very good and everything in the room was clean and tidy, good facilities in the hotel and room and friendly staff. Overall a very pleasant stay!
The hotel responded late to a later check-out request via Booking chat for my family to see it on time and had already checked out at 12:00 (standard time). They had to wait for a long time in the lobby before catching their flight in the evening because of a cancelled flight the day before. They are elderly people. It would have been great if they had maybe still found a solution for this a bit more proactively.

Good location very close to the tram station, a little out of the city centre. Our room was fairly big and had everything we needed.
Our room was noisy as it was located close to the conference area, lots of moving of furniture early morning and late at night.

Quiet rooms and lobby, quiet central A/C, comfy king bed, clean, various lighting options, safe in room, great location less than 15 minutes’ walk to the train station and local public transportation steps away.
Room door unlocks with a buzzing sound that can disturb sleep. Couldn’t find a way to activate/control bathroom ventilation. Restaurant was so-so. Bar fridge in the room was chock full of beverages we had to remove to fit our food leftovers into.
