Good location, nice clean hotel, nice staff.
Parking was very expensive, 120€/4days.
Double bed was two beds pushed together, were always moving away.
No view.

Hotel is perfectly located in a comfortable distance from the tourstic crowds.
Rooms cleanliness and level of housekeeping service is exceptional, more like a 5 star rather than 4 star experience, even woth an afternoon preparation of bed and room for sleep.
Overall - hotel is very well managed and run. Staff is great.
Maybe only selection variety at the breakfast.

Caters very well for families the rooms are ideal for families - the breakfast has a great selection. You can easily reach the centre by by following the river. Rooms clean, use of tennis club nearby
We were confronted at check out to leave a 17 euro tip for the staff I understand the request but it is not typical that you are confronted at check out desk to leave a tip. Tipping is usual after you are offered a service like luggage service or room service none of which we used ourselves so I found this request strange.

I liked almost everything in the hotel, the staff was very friendly and the room was really comfortable and clean. Bed and pillows were exceptional. Overall atmosphere was good. Really close to city center. Bathroom was comfortable with enough facilities.
A little bit problem was there with hot water, at some point it was burning hot for few seconds. It would be also better to have better wardrobes.
