The whole hotel is really nice and very well-located. Plenty of nice restaurants and wine bars within walking distance, as well as museums and the Duomo. The staff was always very kind and helpful, and kept our room and bathroom super clean every day.
The room is very spacious and warm, and the bed is comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet, considering our room faced the main street (not all rooms do). We also had a bath in our bedroom, and although the water wasn't as hot as you would want, it was still doable and really enjoyable.
Breakfast was simple, as Italian breakfast normally is. The breakfast area looks like a little coffee shop, with a proper barista coffee machine, which was fun. Options of small croissants and pain au chocolat, ham, salami, and cheese. Fruits, yogurt, granola, jam, and honey. Also, juice (not fresh) options. In general, the food and coffee were nice.
My partner and I are, what some would call, quite picky, so I think you can trust us when we say that we certainly recommend this place :) Thank you, Soprarno team, for your excellent service!

We loved the fact that the hotel was developed inside an authentic Florentine building and the location was perfect for us.
Our room was themed around games, enjoying them and having fun which was very comforting and made us feel at home instantly.
The staff were extremely friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about the great city of Florence.
If we ever return to Florence, we'll definitely stay at this wonderful establishment.

What an amazing hotel so close to everything. Fantastic and helpful hosts. The rooms were superb! Comfortable, stylish and beautiful. Delightful breakfast. We would definitely return and would recommend highly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location is very convenient. Rooms are very spacious and don’t look like a faceless hotel room. Very good breakfast, even for a demanding customer.

Location is excellent, only 10 minutes walk to Ponte Vecchio and the old city. Many small and authentic places to eat. The street is full of old palaces and antique shops.
The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful and everything is done with the smile.
Spacious rooms with very high painted ceilings.

Great sense of design throughout the property. Excellent breakfast and superior coffee. Great toiletries and bathroom set up. Hot shower, comfy bed, complimentary water, snacks, coffee. Really welcoming and warm staff. And the building and location were fabulous.
