We loved our stay. Beautiful huge room with a ton of unique character. Lots of seating with wonderful antique furniture. Really nice lighting. Claw foot tub in the room. Great location with 5-10 minute walk to the major city stuff. Pretty quiet at night, even facing the road, only heard the occasional loud car. Bed was very comfortable. Great included European breakfast with multiple baked goods, cereals, pancakes, charcuterie, juice, fruit, espresso drinks. They also included a list of restaurants they recommend and we LOVED the recommendations.

Location of property was fantastic! The staff was so nice and welcoming. Incredibly helpful as we had a luggage delay and very accommodating with GF breakfast.

This is a lovely, eclectic, upscale Bohemian venue. The building is probably 16th century with a mid-century modern vibe. And the best part of it is the staff. They excellent at guest care and information. Communication started almost as soon as booking, so that we met as new friends. The location is close to the action, but out of the crush venues where everyone goes. Lovely estaurants pepper the neighborhood. And Gelato is everywhere. A perfect package.

Great sense of design throughout the property. Excellent breakfast and superior coffee. Great toiletries and bathroom set up. Hot shower, comfy bed, complimentary water, snacks, coffee. Really welcoming and warm staff. And the building and location were fabulous.

The room was incredibly spacious and decorated in a way that had a ton of personality! The location was so close to everything Santo Spirito had to offer, and the staff were very helpful. Also appreciated the breakfasts every morning. :)

Our room was large, as was our bathroom. I liked having the big windows and there were plenty of places to sit. The bed was very comfortable as well.
The location is a little out of the prime area. I felt like we ended up walking back across the bridge frequently to access, museums, restaurants, etc.. I also felt that the breakfast was lacking… I would really have liked the option to have eggs prepared.

At 7:30 am repairs or construction work of some type started. The beds were very firm, they could be a bit softer.
