It was a little tricky to find for me because it’s at a multiple point intersection. It’s across from the frame hotel (on the skinny slice).
When I walked out on the terrace on the roof I was flabbergasted by the view of the Il Duomo, the dome of San Lorenzo, and many other things!
It’s really close to the train station and with two massive bags, I appreciated that, the staff helped me up and down with them without being asked.
There are cafes, restaurants, and shopping right there - besides the major attractions. I loved it!

The staff was nice, the room had everything I needed, the location was great, the rooftop was super cool and open 24 hours, and my room and private bathroom was clean --- not all rooms come with a private bathroom.
The sign out front for the hotel is very small so keep your eyes peeled.
The only negative is that I was under the impression that my room would have that cool window looking over the duomo. Be aware that this view is ONLY available in the "quadruple" room.
Maybe I overlooked something or maybe it was a little slick on their part... hehe, not sure.

The place was near the train station and town center. Clean, secure and quiet. The place was comfortable enought to sleep, thr staff was friendly. We only had 1 night there so i can't say much. If there was no rennovation that time the view from the window would be the same as the pictures posted here.
The place has no elevators. The toilet air vent was full of dust, a little vacuuming on that part would be appreciated.

It was very close to pointe vicchio bridge and basilica di Santa Maria novella and our host was beyond accommodating with the trains strikes July 7-8 and upgraded us a room with our own bathroom with no extra charge! When we asked for a wine opener he also gave us glasses as well!

Location was good
No Air Conditioning, ceiling fan only had one setting. Control knob for fan was missing! When we arrived the room was over 90 degrees F!! Shower head could not be adjusted. Shower was part of the bedroom, not the bathroom, nothing like the photos! Bathroom pump activates every 10-15 minutes throughout the night. Glass shower shelf fell down. Some of the power outlets did not work.
Tried to cancel the booking, when told of the construction work, the Owner emailed me to say I could cancel, but then denied my request!

The coffee machine wasn't working. You couldn't open the windows at all. It was too dark and barely any fresh air in the place.

Hosts were very nice. Snacks provided free of charge in the rooms and reception area.
Shower was in the actual room and it is very noisy at night on the street outside the window. It is centrally located.

It was very central. A couple of minutes from the station and the Duomo. The room suited my needs and the bed was very comfortable. The ensuite was small but again suited my needs. A kettle and coffee machine were very appreciated.
I wasn’t keen on the shower being connected to the macerator, as it went off continuously. It meant I didn’t feel I could have a shower later at night after a long day of sightseeing. Unfortunately due to works I was unable to look out of windows or the terrace. I had the option to cancel but no need.

Location is perfect. In between train station and main square. Stayed in many hotels in Florence and this location is best.
Self check in very simple with a quick responsive host.
I felt very safe in the building
The bathroom smelled like stale sour cream and onions. The shower looked so unpleasant that I didn’t take one
The room itself was very clean and smelled lovely
The door into the apt. Is loud but earplugs will block out the sound from it slamming shut

It’s so convenient and near everything, the place was good and there is a coffee machine in the room and a kettle with some tea bags and coffee capsules which was really good, the room was a bit cold. The staff were so friendly and helpful and welcoming, the terrace is great but there is construction around it so that’s a bit annoying. But overall it was worth it and we were satisfied

Perfect location, walking distance to all shopping, restaurants and the center of Florence. Best view ofvthe Duomo from the rooftop. Easy parking at 3 min walk away. Loved it all.
