Wonderful
The apartment was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Our host was very accommodating and recommended some things in the area. She also told us about parking in Florence was can be tricky! We would definitely stay here again,a lot of coffee shops around for a nice early mornning coffee and croissant. No negatives on Soggiorno, Florence is just expensive!

The location was brilliant and the apartment was more than adequate for what we needed. Alessandra was very friendly and helpful. It was extra nice to have the beds made, the bathroom cleaned and the drink supplies topped up.
The beds were very hard and uncomfortable unless you like that type of bed. There was no space to hang up the wet towels for four of us and no where for the kids to put away their clothes upstairs.

Perfect location in an interesting lively neighbourhood. Very welcoming and helpful host. Room was clean, comfortable and ideal for our short stay. Would definitely go back.
Nothing to dislike. Just a note to others - street can be noisy but double glazing on the windows was most effective.

Good location, room was comfortable and clean, you do have to go upstairs to access.
Walkable from train station, to restaurants, bakeries, etc. Some street/pub noise at night.

Alessandra met us upon arrival and was very open about communicating. Very friendly too. Great room for a family of 5! Kids loved the loft area. We only stayed for one night and had a lot going on with other family with us staying at another place. Wifi worked. Bed was on the firmer side but comfortable. Nice down pillows.
Not that they had much control over it, but the room was not as sound proof as most Italian places. The room next to ours was watching a futball match and heard their shouts multiple times into the late hours of the night.

Property was well located, within walking distance to most of the cultural sites, restaurants, and cafes.
Noisy at night with bars and cafes below, windows did a good job to muffle the noise.

Location was within walking distance to all the main sites.
Apartments were difficult to find. The building was dark and dreary to come back into, especially for two women travelling alone.
There is no reception on site. Apartments were four rooms in one building, with doors banging in the early hours of the morning. Could not sleep as there was a club close by which played music to the early hours of the morning. Both my friend and I woke up with irratated eyes, which we assumed was due to the strong smelling cleaning products used.
