Our stay at this beautiful guesthouse apartment in Florence was absolutely wonderful! The space felt authentically Italian — spacious, full of character, and highlighted by an incredible vaulted ceiling with gorgeous exposed wood that made the entire apartment feel warm and historic. The modern bathroom had a large, comfortable shower, and we appreciated having a well-equipped kitchen for quick meals and morning coffee.
Overall, we loved our stay and would gladly return. A perfect mix of old-world architecture and modern comfort, right in the heart of Florence!
The apartment’s layout includes a marble staircase to gain entry and then a steep set of stairs leading up to the lofted bedroom. We found this added to its charm and classic Florentine character, but it might not be ideal for guests who use mobility aids. For us, it was a fun and memorable part of the experience — like stepping into a little piece of history.

Great location, short walk to main attractions and has amazing restaurants and rooftop bars nearby. Host was great at communicating and was easy to store our bags. Host provides small complimentary breakfast items which is a nice touch.
Being in the room next to the kitchen could get a little noisy in the early hours but probably from other guests not realising there is another room next to it.

We had such a great stay here! It was the perfect little spot for me, my boyfriend, and my sister. The place was super cute, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was amazing — close to everything, which made exploring really easy. The air conditioning was a huge bonus, especially on the warmer days! Alessandra was very communicative and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Everything felt just right, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Right in the heart of Florence this location was perfect. The host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and very comfortable and had fully functioning AC.
You had to walk up a couple of flights of stairs which is tough with luggage.

Clean. Great Location. Even though breakfast wasn’t included, the owner had put out basic breakfast out in the kitchen for all the guests.
I like coffee with real milk in the morning and it’s a great convenience to have it right in the kitchen as you get out of bed.
No elevator but owner helped with luggage personally. I don’t know how many hotels really have elevators in Florence.

Great location, clean and very good value for money! It was easy to find and the check-in and check-out went great with Alessandra’s help and instructions. Cannot recommend this enough, definitely going back! Alessandra was a super host, great communications and always willing to help!

Excellent location, no road noise. Bed was super comfortable, very clean, newly renovated. The owner Alessandra welcomed us and helped me settle in. My friend was arriving an hour later and she made arrangements for her to self check-in with ease. I would stay at this property again. Room had heater to stay warm.

The room was fantastic and exactly as advertised. There was plenty of space for my family of five, including three teenage boys. The host could not have been more friendly or accommodating. The last minute, we wanted to extend our visit by one night and she very graciously accommodated us without any trouble. We look forward to returning to Florence and staying here again! She doesn’t include a free breakfast in the mornings but my family decided to skip it each morning in favor of sleeping in. But definitely an added bonus for anyone interested.
