It was really nice place , the location was very good around 30 mins walking from duomo and close to a tram stop . The place was very clean and the host was very friendly and helpful .

Very pleasant apartment, everything is as in the pictures. Not brand new, but have everything you need, even basic groceries, like salt, oil, vinegar….. The owner was very kind and helpfull. The historic city center is 20 minutes away by easy walking distance, and very simply to find. Who doesn’t want to walk, there is nearby bus station. Private parking is 1 min from apartment. Nearby is big Lidl.

Silvia was very welcoming. We came from railway station straight to the address, by walk (it's around 20 min walking)
It is an apartment so kitchen is separate from bedroom. Bedroom also has little balcony where you can dry clothes. The apartment is big enough for european typical space. There's a supermarket across the street but to your right there's a bigger and better one (Lidl). The bus stop is around the corner and the tabbaco shop where you can buy bus tickets is just close to the bus stop. It's very quiet out there. In the bathroom there is shower, toilet, bidet, sink.
No washing machine but it's ok, there are laundries around. Be careful with mosquitoes and take repellents with you.

It was a very nice apartment, it provided everything we needed. Silvia was quick to meet us at the apartment and the check in was painless.
It is quite a walk to where the restaurants were, a bit of a walk to the train station and a long ways from the tram. It was good that we enjoy walking

Comfortable and clean apartments. Friendly host. You have to walk ca 2 km to the historical center of Florence, but for us it was not a problem. It was very (very!) quiet at night. I would gladly book this apartment again.
Slightly soft bed mattress and too small shower. But these details did not affect our stay in any way.

Clean, modern apartment just as pictured in the location I needed to stay. 20 min walk to the train station. Everything required for a multiple day stay was provided.
Shower was very small and there was nowhere to place anything inside. No washer (knew this before booking). A bidet towel and pillowcases for the extra pillows weren’t provided (but I’m sure they would have been if I’d asked). Wasn’t an issue for me, but, future guests might like to know that there are 23 steps to enter.

Quiet and peaceful locality with access to supermarkets.
Had a kitchen and basic utensils which saved us quite a lot as we cooked at home.
Silvia was helpful and so was Matteo in giving pointers to various tourist spots and transportation routes.
Overall lovely host and enjoyed the stay
Drinking water arrangement would have been nice.
Florence has hard water supply so we had to purchase bottles as tap water was difficult t consume

Very Good
The apartment is very well equiped, with all you can need, specially the kitchen. Silvia and her sister were very kind and make everything very easy. The appartment is very quiet and peaceful, and it’s well connected to everything.
Oh, and it was very clean!!!
The bed was a but unconfortable on one side
