Amazing place! Easy to find: just 10min walk from the railway station. We were welcomed in a super friendly and warm way! Very nice room with comfortable bed and crispy ironed new snow white linen The room was really nice, spacious, the bathroom was warm, clean, comfortable. The ancient building has its beautiful charm, and the view to the roofs was so cute
Also we found small details which made our stay just comfortable (obviously, They think about comforting the guests!): water, coffee, small snacks available 24h
I would recommend this place to all my friends!

The room/bathroom was spacious, very clean, exceptionally comfortable mattress and pillows with regularly topped up toiletries and a free minibar.
We stayed on the second floor and the acoustics were sometimes an issue when any furniture were being moved about above us.

Very central, easy walk to the duomo and other historical sites. The mercato central is very close and a good a spot to get food, snacks and items to take home as gifts.
The property is clean and easy to find. The rooms are a good size. The shower gel provided in the room is very nice (as are the soft drinks and snacks!)
Had a great check in and I was made to feel very welcome.
Nothing, would happily return!

Very close to Santa Maria Novella train station. Very clean and comfortable room.
No elevator. My suitcase was very heavy. Reception is only staffed 9:00-4:00.

Location excellent. Close to everything. Breakfast across the road in MO SI was sufficient to get you day started. Fridge in room with juices and water. Room cleaned each day.
Can be noisy but ear plugs supplied.

We loved how centrally located the hotel was. Maria was very helpful and we had a nice quiet room.
The 2 single beds did seem small and were a bit too hard for us.

The location is the best. The room was very clean. Free minibar is nice.
The wall between two rooms is extremely thin. Our next room has an iron stairs in it guess we jumped out of our sleep everytime when they use stairs. We were on third floor and there were no elevators. The breakfast is in a caffee across the street and there is nothing else than croissant. In my opinion breakfast included is not necessary since you can find better and different kind of breakfast in almost every caffee.

Very convenient location near the station for an affordable price. Maria at reception was very helpful, communicated via Whatsapp to allow for a very smooth self check in and allowed us to keep our luggage there on the day of check out despite it being after reception hours. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Bonus was complimentary water, soft drinks and snacks!
The room was quite noisy but complimentary ear plugs were provided. Also no elevator, so make sure you are able to carry your suitcase up stairs up to the 3rd floor.

This property was a quick walk from the train station- perfect! We were greeted by Maria (sorry if I got this wrong), and she gave us a lot of recommendations on things to see and places to go. The room was a great size, free drinks in the mini fridge (which was so enjoyable after a long day of walking), super clean, private and secure. The style was modern with lots of charm. AC worked great!
I enjoyed everything and was very thankful to be put in a room on the first floor!
