The room was lovely and the bed comfortable. Staff were helpful through messages. I was not about when they were in the reception.
I was on the top floor and there is not a lift. I struggled with my suitcase.

In the centre and room is clean cozy and spacious. Lady on reception is very nice and hardworking
Its pretty busy road so you will hear a lot of sounds, but earplugs will help

Nothing very bad . The owner is so hard to talk to. I ask her to relocate us in the 1st floor since 2nd floor seems like your in the 3rd flr. The owner is very arrogant telling us No you cant.
It’s very uncomfortable no elevator and narrow stiff stair. Very dirty also and the owner is very arrogant.

Position, close to railway station and the Congress centre, free frigo bar and coffee machine
Very noisy, a lot of traffic all time, ugly sewer odour from the bathroom (has no door), steep stairs without lift (didn’t know)

Centrally located, short walking distance to the Duomo and all the sights. Clean and convenient, perfect for a couple of nights. It was very nice to have free bottled water and some beverages in the fridge - an appreciated treat!
We were happy with everything but must note that the rooms were much smaller than we expected. In one of the rooms we couldn’t open the big suitcase. Also, not a problem really but just to be kept in mind - the stairs are difficult with big luggage, so one should pack lightly. Also, must consider the property is on a busy street with a very narrow pavement just outside the front door so must be careful with pets and children - that they don’t walk out too quickly or without looking around. This again is not a problem of the accommodation, just something to consider when visiting. After all, when looking for central locations in Florence, this should be expected. Overall, we’re happy with our stay.

The hotel is but a stones throw away from the train station, just a few minutes walk so it is ideal for people traveling with luggage.
Since the building is a bit old there is no lift so if you have heavy luggage you have to lift it up the stairs. Also, although not entirely the hotel's fault, just next door to the hotel there is an Indian take away place, which left us no choice but to keep the windows shut or else an overwhelming smell of Indian food would flood the room.

The location is perfect. Easy to get to by tram from the airport. And right in the centre of Florence.
Clean bedding and clean bathroom
We stayed on a 3rd floor flat with the bedroom on the 4th floor. All stairs. No lift.
The window was an attic window. When opened a sewer smell came in. Also had to be careful of letting birds in cause they were loud and on the roof. Could not use the air conditioning because it looked like it had never been cleaned.
Bathroom was on a different floor from the bedroom so we had to walk down squirmy stairs at night waking each other up.
Room looked nothing like the photos.
