Nothing very bad . The owner is so hard to talk to. I ask her to relocate us in the 1st floor since 2nd floor seems like your in the 3rd flr. The owner is very arrogant telling us No you cant.
It’s very uncomfortable no elevator and narrow stiff stair. Very dirty also and the owner is very arrogant.

Very pleasant and helpful manager. We chose a back room away from the street, and it was very quiet. It was nice to have a fridge and drinks available. Easy walk to station. Clean! Able to leave luggage ahead of check-n.

The location is quite central walking distance to all the places
The Property manager or the staff should let you know which room you are getting in advance as the room and the bathroom we got was nothing to the pictures posted online. It becomes quite odd when you reserve for 3 nights and you get the smallest room of what they have

Conveniently located near the train station. Lots of stairs to carry your luggage up though, so be prepared. The room was OK, nothing special and the breakfast at a cafe around the corner consisted of a pastry and a coffee. There was quite a bit of noise during the evening.

The room was very nice and fairly large with a comfortable bed.
I just didn't like the leather street vendors nearby. None of them are italian to begin with. All of them sell the same purses. And they block the leather stores actually run by italians, which are normal stores, not street vendors. But this is a Florence issue.

We loved this beautiful room and we would stay here again. Convenient to everything.
The housekeeper came while we were in the room during our stay and was pushy about getting into the room when we were in there and it was not convenient for us. It could have been a language issue though . But other than that we loved it

The accommodation is close to the city center. Mini bar is free, including cookies. The host Maria was very kind.
The breakfast is very poor, only one pastry and the coffe. The room was quite small and dark, it needs a little bit of refreshment. From the pictures we expected more.

Good location, central to the Duomo and walking to multiple sites. Thoughtful staff, provided soft drinks and water upon our arrival.
Only complaint would be that the shower goes really hot if anyone flushes the toilet while you are showering. That was a shocker this morning.
