We loved this beautiful room and we would stay here again. Convenient to everything.
The housekeeper came while we were in the room during our stay and was pushy about getting into the room when we were in there and it was not convenient for us. It could have been a language issue though . But other than that we loved it

The accommodation is close to the city center. Mini bar is free, including cookies. The host Maria was very kind.
The breakfast is very poor, only one pastry and the coffe. The room was quite small and dark, it needs a little bit of refreshment. From the pictures we expected more.

Good location, central to the Duomo and walking to multiple sites. Thoughtful staff, provided soft drinks and water upon our arrival.
Only complaint would be that the shower goes really hot if anyone flushes the toilet while you are showering. That was a shocker this morning.

Great location. Check in was simple and the lady was very sweet.
You need to climb 5 flights of stairs with your suitcase. Room is quite small, but clean.

Great location and friendly staff! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and the minibar in our room had complimentary drinks, which was very nice.
There was no lift, which may make it difficult for people with mobility issues. Breakfast was at a cafe down the road, which was very good, but limited. You only had the option of one pastry and coffee.

Great staff, welcoming at check in, provided complimentary water every day as well as coffee/tea.
Allowed us to store our luggages at check out prior to our departure.
Location was good within 10 minutes walking distance to Duomo.
Good value considering other options in Florence.

Rooms were on the small side which is normal for Florence.
Air conditioning unit was a bit loud.
One of the rooms we had booked was tiny.

Very helpful host, clean room, comfortable very large bed. Drinks were complimentary.
We parked at Sant Antonino's Garage (35€ per night). Had dinner and a great steak at La Gratella (recomended by our host), which was just around the corner from Sette Angeli Rooms.
Overall a great stay in Florence.

A great location, that felt safe & secure and is within walking distance of all the attractions of 'old Florence'. Our room was very clean, with modern fixtures, good bed linens & towels and a comfortable bed. The staff was responsive & helpful when needed. Overall, a very good value & I would not hesitate to stay here again.
There wasn't anything I didn't like, but prospective travelers should note that there are only steps up to the rooms.

Clean and nice location. Breakfast was great. We were able to leave luggages after checking out to explore the city more. We will definitely stay again if we visit Florence.
Be ready to climb up the stairs if you get the room on the 3rd floor.

Mary is so polite and kind! And the location is great! The room was perfect, clean, and they give you for FREE whatever is in the mini bar!! They also offer you to take water bottles daily for free and yogurt and coffee from the reception area.
Below are just a couple of minor challenges we faced, but they would not be a reason not to book again. The experience was so wonderful that we would GLADLY BOOK AGAIN!! :)
1. If you have a big luggage, it will be a bit of a struggle to keep it open someplace in the room, as the space next to the beds is a bit small.
2. The fact that there is no elevator was also a bit challenging (my fault for not realizing upon booking), but nevertheless, Mary was so kind and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs all the way to the 3rd floor!

The cleanliness and location were amazing, and the staff were very pleasant. The receptionist kindly waited for us to check in, which we really appreciated. We’re not demanding guests, so we only asked for our room to be cleaned once during our five-night stay—and that was perfectly sufficient. The heating rack in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch and very helpful for drying clothes. The complimentary minibar snacks and drinks were a nice bonus. The only thing we felt could be improved was having a bit more bottled water in the room, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay! Thank you so much for having us!!!

Iron in the room, but it might be a fire hazard given the wooden ceiling.
